Todo sucio, problemas de higiene, no lavan toallas, sabanas, no limpian el u Cuarto!! El desayuno. No funciona nada y muy apenas pusieron unos panes y cafe!! Equipo de jugo descompuesto. Para hacer hotcakes, descompuesto Muy muy feo lugar y enañas condiciones. No deberia estar en funcion!

Such bad conditions on the exterior of this building that we could not even enter!! Money lost. I wish Expedia would have warned us to STAY AWAY! Over $100 USD down the drain. Do not waste your time or money on this hotel which should be condemned!

Robin,I am sincerely sorry upon reading your review. I am not sure what was in such bad condition that preventing you to enter the property. We are under renovation which is stated on the Expedia website, but it is done during normal business hours and everything is covered. I am sincerely sorry that you decided to not stay with us.

The property is in the state of general disrepair. Ceiling with evidence of drywall caving in from prior flooding still unfixed. Bed springs with evidence of mold or mildew. Grates on the AC are broken. The toilet is mot securely seated. Decorative wall in the shower that is missing pieces - so that you can see into the space between wall. Water in the drain is clogged - so after a few minutes one is standing in several inches of water. I liked that the exit to the outside which is getting rare. I also inspected quite thoroughly for bed bugs - and though linen had some stains like that of bed bugs - I did not encounter any in my room..

Lev,I am sincerely sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. I am glad that you gave an approval that we do not have any bed bugs as we don't. Our property is under renovation so I am sorry that you felt it was in disrepair. Because we are an outdoor property, it is really hard to hide things that we are doing to improve our property. I do like that you missed the outdoor property where the door is opening to the outside as that is rare to find. The bathroom to your room was recently renovated. I am so sorry that you any issues to it. We will check it out. As far as the any flooding ever happening to our property, it has not happened so far so I am not sure where the ceiling is caving in. We do all our bedding covered with mattress protectors so I am also not sure where you were seeing the mold or mildew as that is new and clean. Thank you for your review tho.

Mohammed,I am not sure how to respond to this as we have discussed this so many times before you checked in and while you were trying to check in. If you look on the expedia page, there is a section called Important Information. It clearly says that "Cash Deposit: USD 100 per accommodation. If you look below where it says YOU NEED TO KNOW, you need to have with a government issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit may be required for incidental charged. You did not want to give your government issued identification and cash deposit so I am not sure how you wanted me to let you check in. Our records also indicate that you called the hotel to ask about the cash deposit, but still refused to give the cash deposit and the government issued id so I am not sure how the front desk representative was suppose to let you check in if you do not provide what you need at check in. The night after check out I got indication of bed bug bites all on my arms, neck, face and back. Terrible rows of itching bumps. Health department should shut this place down! I hate it for the owner but this was ridiculous. I'll never get a hotel room off Expedia again after this. Pic of rooms was nothing like the room they put me in

This was a tough 5hr stay. Checked in at 1:30am and was gone by 6:30 am. Smoke stained room that was so pungent I barely slept 3 hrs. Furnishings untouched from 1986. I contemplated sleeping in my car but didn’t trust the area. As I left a raccoon eating out of trash can in the parking lot flipped me off (I’m serious about the raccoon but it was dark so hard to see the gesture at 6 am).

Gerald, I am sincerely sorry regarding to your stay. We definitely assigned you a nonsmoking room. I am not sure where the smell of smoke made the stay so uncomfortable. Please accept our apologies as we wanted you to have a comfy and homey stay. I am sorry that you did not like our furniture. We love it. Its antique and nice. I am so sorry about the raccoon as that is something that the property can not do anything about. There is property behind the hotel that is under development and they have been seen there. On rare occasions, they do come to our property and leave. We are sorry that the raccoons scared you.

Jennifer,I am sincerely sorry that we earned a 1 star review. Our property is under renovation so hopefully it will be so much nicer and homely the next time you arrive to our property. The lobby did smell like smoke as we had a crew of smokers that were at the property before you checked in. I have no way of controlling that as every one is welcomed. The bed sheets are definitely changed at all times as we have two housekeepers who one does the stripping of the beds and the other cleans the room.

The room was dirty. So disgusting my husband checked in & and walked out again within 10 mins of being in the room…the sheets were not changed, pillow slips were dirty, toilet & tub were also dirty. The front desk would not let him checkout until tomorrow, so he left anyway. The most disgusting room ever…lost the $250, but he would rather sleep in his truck, it was that bad…

Never again
This motor lodge is run down and in disrepair. It appears to be a half-way house. We had few area choices or would have left. We instead armed up and barricaded ourselves inside the badly maintained room. We have stayed at better $40 a night hotels. We travel to the area frequently and will never stay in this location again. I'll drive through the night to get home instead.

Dear Guest,Your review has been written to the wrong hotel. Our property itself is the only exterior property that is available on the exit. We are also nothing like a half-way house as you have mentioned. We don't even have the kind of people like that around for you to say that. Our property has done a lot of renovations and still doing more. We have received many positive feedback on it too. Honestly, I believe this is the reservation that was charged for a no-show. I am sincerely sorry that you were charged.

The place needs to be condemned. The room looked like it was being remodeled but nothing. No carpet, cement door with the glue on cement the bathroom. Tub had rust stain in, mattress was dirty and felt it had bed bugs. You could see light thru the door. Turned around and left. Would not stay in a place like this

Well, at least there were no cockroaches. This place is a Bio Hazard. Mold in the bathroom, blood stains on the sheets and towels. The worst was the mold in the air conditioner and the smell of mildew in the room. I have lung problems and struggle to breath the next day. The toilet was wobbly and seeped water from the floor. TV had purple lines from some kind of damage. We had no choice but stay as there was a lot of events going on in the area. We tried to find another place but everyone was booked for a 30 mile radius. On a positive note the water pressure in the shower was good. they do not offer breakfast as the Inn advertises, not even coffee. The building should be condemned. Shame on you Expedia for even offering this place at all. Do not stay here no matter what. They say no refunds for a reason. There is a Semi parking lot next to this place so dust and noise in the norm. we left the door open to air the musty room out and management told us " to keep the door shut because they have an insect problem" This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever stayed in my 30 plus years of traveling. I should be refunded my money but they have a no refund policy. My mother and sister stayed in a room next to us under the same conditions.They do not have any handicapped amenities at all, well, they do have one handicap parking space .Avoid this place like the the Plague because it just might be lurking there. This is an honest review, I could go on and on. DON'T STAY THERE.

Comfortable king bed is all I can say positive. People were out in the parking lot talking outside of our room until 11:00. Bathroom is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. But driving home over Memorial Day weekend left us with limited choices. And it was $95 on top of that.

Our stay was very nice. The front desk lady was very polite and gave the lobby a fun and warm atmosphere. The room was clean and nice. I couldn't get the remote to work (operator error lol) the maintenance guy came immediately to help and was cheerful. He even apologized to my 13 year old daughter as he stepped in front of her view of the tv. This was after we checked in at 930 pm and they did not mind helping. I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible. This was by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. We arrived around 11 PM so we were way too tired to go and start arguing with the couple that apparently run the motel. But our door would not lock it close but we cannot get the lock to function. So we put a chair up against the door. The toilet wouldn’t flush there was no toilet paper in the holder. There was a roll on the floor. There was a red gel or something all over the walls in the shower and in the bathroom. Looking for an outlet I noticed that behind the nightstands it appeared that it had not been vacuumed or cleaned in years. The smoke smell was awful! We ran the AC all night to help with the smell. We stayed about six hours then left. Unfortunately this was the only hotel we could find for one night on our road trip because of the derby in Louisville. The pictures online are deceiving.

Marcela, I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. The only person that was at the front desk was a lady so I am not sure who "the couple" were. I wish you would have contacted the front desk for help as she would have been more than glad to help you. First of all, the hotel door do securely lock and there is a double lock and a latch at the door where you would have double safety lock which prevents anyone from opening the door. You can also use the chair to block the door, but the double lock and latch would have done the job. Hotel safety for guest is the upmost priority that we place. The room that you reserved was a nonsmoking room so I am not sure where the smell of smoke was coming from. I did go to check your room regarding to the issue you had with the toilet. I wish you would have called the front desk for help. We would have showed you that it works fine. I am honestly not sure what red gel that you were referring to as I did not find it or see it in the bathroom. As far as room availability goes in Louisville during KY Derby, there were plenty of hotels available, but we as every year keep the price as lowest as possible. The picture that we have online is definitely pictures of the hotel. The picture that you have shown is definitely the hotel room but the chairs are squeeze together in the pictures with the ironing board put in it. Overall, this is extremely disappointing that you did not enjoy your stay. We will do better. I am extremely sorry regarding to your stay.

Walked in and the room smelled a bit funky, not a huge deal. On of the comforters had a bug stain on it. Bathroom/sink wasn't clean and had little bits of debris or hair from, I'm assuming, the previous people that were in the room. Only plus was that the check in/out staff was super friendly. Most of the towels and hand rags were dirty.
