La propiedad es muy descuidada, el área de la recepción es muy fea , en el restaurante de Jamaica había un calor horrible , los muebles son viejos , están rotos y huelen mal , en general todo viejo y abandonado , jamás es un 5 estrellas

I loved the beach the grounds and the restaurant. Amazing staff and entertainment. I hated that there and no elevators, the rooms are outdated and need renovation.

Was great about my 5th time returning to the resort, previous time was in 2019 when we had gotten married there. The vibes for the most part was great, the resort was just the same as it was 5 years ago, the photo company is something that needs to be replaced - they are not the greatest. Food option has deteriorated since the last time we went there - however, the food was good, restaurants are hit in miss some days good some days bad (leaning on more days bad - buffet better choice) Liquor options have went down by far - low tier brands for the most part - this needs to be improved I wouldn't go back every year is my review.

If you stay here looking for a relaxing beach/ocean vacation and don't reserve a beach cabana you are missing out. We booked one for our first day and loved it so much, it was perfect, that we booked one for 2 additional days. I know that it is an all inclusive resort but when you book a cabana you get individual, dedicated wait service that will bring you drinks and food all day along with a cooler full of soft drinks, water, beer and prosecco. But the best part was the lovely young lady that was our server. Christine Jarrett was the best and we were very sad to say goodbye to her. Highly recommend!

El hotel en general muy lindo, bien cuidado, limpio, muchas áreas para niños, fácil movilizarse a la piscina y playa. La comida bastante buena. Lo malo de este hotel es el servicio, la mayoría de los empleados atienden de mala forma, muy mal educados y con cara de molestos, lentos, se olvidan que te están atendiendo y de lo que uno solicita, algunos fueron incluso groseros. Se recomienda que capacuyen para una mejor atención al huésped, también, faltan snacks cerca de la piscina o la playa, existen horas donde no hay que darle de comer a los niños, se debería considerar ya que, se supone es un hotel familiar. En general lo pasamos bien, tranquilos pero muy mal atendidos, definitivamente no nos interesa volver a Jamaica nunca más !!!

Property is older, but well maintained. Staff was ok, no one really seemed happy to be working there besides a handful of people (check in clerk and housekeeping lady were fantastic, as was the gentleman we booked our excursion with and the two Expedia reps who came to chit chat to welcome us and then to discuss certain issues). One major issue was the lack of food in the all inclusive breakfasts and lunches. Popular items would run out and were gone for the day. Examples include hash browns, and poached and scrambled eggs, amongst other things. Several other guests said they had experienced the same thing the entire week they had been there. I have never experienced this at an all inclusive resort before. If things are finishing, the staff is usually right there, waiting to replenish. Here, staff had to be asked several times, only for guests to be told that it’s coming or it’s done for the day (how do you run out of Nutella??) all in all, a decent experience overall, but was expecting more in terms of customer service and availability vs the hotel rating.

Breakfast buffet needs a better set up/system. Lines are long for one item and causes confusion amongst guests. Move it to the walk around area to condense congestion so that guests can easily grab one item and not be held up in omlet line. Have two workers on omlet possibly on busier days/times.

The staffs were not kind. We couldn't have water and snacks in the room for two day because they ran out. It was hard to book restaurants. Pool and beach were great.

Looks like some plumbing problems that were not handled promptly left scars on ceiling of the first floor accommodations. There was a smell as well in those rooms that had scars in the ceiling from leaking water. Reason why we asked to change our rooms after check in. 2 hours wasted from observing 2 rooms they claimed was available and we could choose one of them. Some staff was tired and a bit rude. Could be due to understaff which couple of workers confirmed with my family. Over all experience it was fine. I only booked this stay because it had 7 restaurants and my wife loved Indian food. About the food, I only give it 2 stars, nothing really to exaggerate about at the Grand Palladium Resort Jamaica. There is a lot of food, but nothing that you can’t cook better yourself. I won’t be returning at the Grand Palladium Resort & Spa Lady Hamilton. Just not excelling in top service and quality in any part. The swimming pool after 5 days got foggy. Staff does not want to hear you out, only the managers do. They are some friendly, those more of the guys that were driving the cart for transfer to locations around the resort and the welcoming crew. They will offer you a gift if you go on a tour after your arrival. We didn’t want to be rude and also it would help to see what’s around faster with a tour guide. The catch is after the tour they try to sell you a package to come stay anytime with them and get more perks. No thanks. I was only expecting a tour. Not a real estate offer

Villas have no elevators.. Food was just ok. Not many opens for buffet. There was always a wait for the bacon to come out. Definitely just average and not one of my favorite resorts. My friends and I did spas and she got robes and we did not.

Even high level rooms were clean but not well maintained. There were plenty of food options with good settings but overall the food, though plentiful, was not very tasty. The pools and beaches were great. But any other activities cost more, above the already hight price. If you like big crowds and loud music, this may be for you. If you prefer space and intimacy, maybe try somewhere else.

The upkeep of the property was lacking. The first room we had smelled very musty, the bathroom was very old and the shower leaked. We upgaded to romance villa and it was much nicer, however the outside had been recently painted and there was paint splatter everywhere, and the paint chips from scraping all over the ground and in the bushes. It was very difficult get get reservations for dinner, and the buffets were subpar. The food at the Indian, Italian and Japanese were very good, once we finally were able to get in. The Mexican was terrible. The weather was beautiful and the food at the Jerk Shack for lunch was amazing. We made the best of it, will not go back, as it was not as nice as other places we have been to before.

We just got back from a week at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and it was the best resort experience we've had. Staff, for the most part, are very friendly and accommodating. Food was decent and pool and beach areas great. My only criticism is the lack of chairs during high time. You aren't supposed to save chairs, but this was most definitely happening, which negatively affected us rule-followers. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience.

The resort offered a decent variety of culinary options, but the unorganized reservation process diminished the overall dining experience. In addition, they continued to run out of food in the buffet's. Overall, the food was good, but getting it was less than ideal. I truly enjoyed my spa experience and the resort staff were kind and friendly. While I likely will not return to this resort, I do think it is suitable for those who want a clean, safe, and family friendly place to stay.
