Me encanto la Habitación está encantadora, y a un precio bastante accesible realmente, la limpieza, la decoración, el edificio cuenta con elevador muy bueno, y la atención genial, lo único malo es que el check in es a una calle y media entonces con la maleta resulta un poco inconveniente además de que mi cafetera no servía pero bueno el costo beneficio fue muy bueno

Excelente ubicación y servicio, concepto iteresant
El check-in es un poco extraño porque hay que ir a un edificio cercano (menos de 100 metros), pero el hotel tiene un concepto muy bonito; el servicio es muy amable y el precio sumamente justo; la ubicación es muy buena también, aunque hay que considerar que es el centro por lo que hay un tanto de ruido por la noche.

La ubicación es muy buena. La decoración de la habitación es linda. El ascensor no llegaba exactamente al piso donde estaba nuestra habitación. El desayuno se sirve en otro edificio cerca del lugar. El Wifi es bueno. El trato por parte del personal es impersonal. Pero nos fue bien en el lugar.

Hotel exótico original bien situado
Buena situación. Habitaciones temáticas exóticas que quizás no aplican mucho en Lucerna pero en todo caso original. Habitación grande, cómoda y bien equipada. La recepción y el desayuno son en otro hotel cercano.

This hotel is very speacial and the room is big and confortable, clean, with space for the luggage and clothes, good bath, good ubication. The only point to pay attention is that the reception is in other hotel 2 blocks. The same for the beackfast. Good breakfast. Good attention

El Magic hotel es bastante peculiar. Primero, porque no tiene recepción y el check-in lo tienes que hacer en otro hotel (3 minutos a pie). Después, por dentro es bastante recargado y rococó. Nos hicieron un upgrade a la "King Suite" (las habitaciones no tienen nombre, sinó número), la cual era realmente enorme, tenía jacuzzi y todo. Aún y siendo enorme, la habitación estaba bastante mal aprovechada, no había "reposamaletas" y el baño era pequeño (a parte de oler fuertemente a lejía). El desayuno, que se hace también en el hotel del check-in, era correcto pero no especialmente generoso ni variado. Si se va en coche puedes usar el párquing del hotel (del del check-in), dejas el coche en la entrada y te lo pasan a buscar. Si pagáis directamente allí intentad llevar CHF, porque el cambio que hacen en el hotel es bastante malo.

The room was very clean! You couldn’t get a better location. Right on the river and close to shopping and restaurants. We were blown away with how walkable it is. My biggest issue was the parking. It was honestly embarrassing and horrible as you have to drive your car through a pedestrian only walkway down multiple streets. We got stopped multiple times by people telling us we can’t drive here. There was a market going on that day too. I called the hotel and they assured me this was completely fine and what everyone does. It was so embarrassing and also rude to drive through a a pedestrian walkway. Would not recommend if you are driving

It is allowed for hotel guest to drive to the front off the hotel through the walking area and it is the only way to get to the hotel with a car. The Magic Hotel was perfect for us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had to check into the hotel at another hotel around the corner, a slight inconvenience in the cold but nothing to ruin that interfered with our wonderful stay. There were many restaurants, shopping, and history to explore. The area is very safe to walk. Highly recommend.

The Altstadt Hotel is locate right in the heart of the Old Town. The room was uniquely decorated, simple, attractive and functional. Great location... if you don't mind the sounds of the old city - the bell tower clock right outside the window that rings every 15 minutes and then longer on the hour, and the hustle and bustle of delivery trucks in the early morning hours. Over all, it suit our purposes well.

We enjoyed a great 3 nights. This hotel is in a wonderful location. Easy walk from the train/bus station. Shops, restaurants, view of the Chapel bridge right there. Our room was very basic but exactly what we booked. WiFi worked well. No English TV channels on the TV. There was a Nespresso like coffee machine provided and a fridge. Check in is around the corner but very easy to find.

We stayed in the Angel Room. It was amazing! I counted 12 angels in the room. The bathtub had a low sealing, making a shower difficult. Otherwise, a very comfortable room.

Die Lage ist Top, nicht ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, da man nicht zum Hotel fahren kann, da muss man auf ein nahegelegenes Parking zugreifen, was nicht gerade günstig ist. Das Zimmer (Lotus) war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung zweckmässig und bequem. Das Zimmer war für unseren Geschmack über beheizt und man kann die Temperatur nicht selber regulieren. Da wir immer mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, war diese eine Nacht eher eine Tortur anstatt Erholung (trotz des sehr bequemen Bettes). Auf den schönen Altstadt Dächern gleich nebenan hat es Windfahnen aus Blech, welche die ganze Nacht gequietscht haben, zusätzlich läutet die historische Kirche gleich gegenüber im Viertelstundetakt und zusätzlich zur vollen Stunde. Die Glocken dazu sind eher hohe Frequenz! Also konnten wir die Nacht durchzählen. Leider hatten wir unsere Oropax zuhause vergessen, dringend zu empfehlen! Zu unserem Pech wurde dann noch in früher Stund der Abfall und Altglas der umliegenden Restaurants und Hotels abgeholt, was auf dem kleinen und schönen Altstadt Platz umgeben von Gebäuden natürlich ziemlich laut hallte, auch der Koofsteinpflaster Boden, auf dem die Zu- und Ablieferer mit ihren Rollis ihre Kunden bedienten, liess ein weiterer Lärm erschallen. Wir übernachteten von Mittwoch auf Donnerstag. Preis/Leistung stimmt für die Lage absolut und wir empfehlen es auch durchaus weiter. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte es sich jedoch überdenken oder gut darauf vorbereiten.
