The location is really great, walking distance from everything and main locations; a lot of places to eat close by, I will only ask to get improve the rooms, maybe a little make over to make them look more new, besides that everything is great

Muy buena ubicación, la habitación amplia. Para mejorar el aislamiento pues se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y están en obras públicas que extrañamente trabajan en la noche. Pueden mejorar las almohadas y tapizar los muebles. Muy fácil el Self checkin

Buena relación calidad-precio
Habitación de muy buen tamaño y una ubicación excelente. El único punto flojo es que las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado, y en verano have bastante calor en la habitación.

La entrada asusta un poco, pero el hotel esta, limpio, las habitaciones amplias y buen servicio. A pocos pasos de lo que hay que ver en Lucerna.

Everything was great except there was no Air Con. It was middle of September & rooms were sweltering and stuffy. Couldnt sleep because of heat & noise. Romms were supplied with a small, very noisy desk top fan.

The Self Check-in was very smooth and effective. The room was ok. However, I didn't expect business room without a/c: these days were extremely hot and it was not easy to get some sleep during a night even with fully open window. The table light is necessary to make work and reading possible. Extra power sockets at the table or extention power cable would be very helpful. Many thanks to restaurant team for extra service - I had to leave early and I was served at 6:30 - while breakfast service starts at 7:00.

The hotel was in a great location and easily walkable to all major attractions. My only complaint was that I thought the bathroom in our room smelled a little bit like cat pee. It was clean, so perhaps it was the smell of the cleaner they used. Other than that the room was very nice.

The breakfast was sumptuous and a delight. A couple of things they can improve: provide better pillows (there was only one per person that was not sufficient) - and also have wifi boosters - our room had weak signal.

Ein wunderbares Hotel! Wir sind als Familie mit Kleinkind angereist. Unser Zimmer (501) war äusserst geräumig und das Schlafsofa liebevoll für unsere Tochter hergerichtet. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, die Altstadt ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Self-CheckIn ist sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig , aber absolut machbar und einfach. Das Frühstück im Nebenhotel war lecker und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und wir haben uns mit Kind sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die Parksituation, welche uns bei der Anreise nicht ganz klar war. Nach einer kurzen Info der Reception wussten wir dass wir im Löwencenter nebenan parkieren müssen. Eine vorab Info dazu wäre hilfreich umd stressfreier! Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder kommen. Lg
