Necesita renovación, OK para estancias cortas
Hotel retro pero cumple su función para estancias cortas, el personal muy amable, la cama era cómoda, el desayuno bueno y variado. La zona de piscina se veía bonita pero no la utilicé. Ubicación con buenas vistas.

No meu bien. El baño estaba sucio, las camas malas, poca comunicación de horário para el desayuno. La piscina era pequeña y estaba llena de hojas viejas. El desayuno era malo, poca variedad y parecían viejos, el hervidor de leche estaba sucio.

Excelente relación precio/calidad
El personal muy amable, la limpieza bien, la ubicación perfecta para recorrer el este del Nilo y cruzar en Ferry local al oeste del Nilo. El desayuno buffet abundante. Ojo que si toman un taxi no lo reconocen por su nuevo nombre Aracan, es mejor que lo llamen Eatabe (el antiguo nombre)

Un hotel de paso con buena relación precio-calidad
La relación precio-calidad está bien. El hotel es bastante 'vintage', pero pasar una o dos noches está bien. Asegúrense de pedir habitación NO FUMADOR si lo son, porque a nosotras nos dieron una de fumadores y apestaba! Y no estuvieron muy predispuestos a cambiarla. El desayuno está muy bien!

Excelente ubicación, servicio y vista
En general muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias y bonitas, con balcón (creo que todas pero solo vi la mitad) el personal muy atento y súper bueno el servicio y el desayuno, la vista desde la habitación muy bonita al Nilo y las montañas donde están los templos y tumbas, el servicio de piscina es hasta las 6pm, el único inconveniente es que no tenían wifi, nos dijeron que era un problema con el operador.

Muy buena ubicación y cómodo el hotel. sería mejor si hubiera internet en las habitaciones ya que solo hay en el lobby. El hotel como casi todos lados en Egipto huele mucho a cigarro.

Hotel agradable con cercanías a puntos turísticos.
El lugar fue muy bueno, aunque desayuno no muy variado, las habitaciones realmente muy cómodas y la reservación sin problema, fue muy agradable mi estancia, lo malo la conexión a internet.

Great hotel in luxor for an excellent price
The hotel is amazing, the room was big with a nice balcony. Very clean and spacious bathroom. It has a pool and 3 restaurants. The food is good and for a good price. The0 only thing to note is that wifi is only available in common areas, not in the room. If I go back to Luxor I would stay in Eatabe again.

que complicado está egipto
el hotel es bastante bueno y las acomodaciones tambien. piscina en buen estado y el personal es bastante atento. se hace un poco dificil la comunicacion en todo caso, pues el inglés del personal del hotel no es lo suficientemente bueno como para que entiendan todo. egipto, por otro lado esta pasando por una muy mala epoca, diría yo. Los egipcios en la calle no dejan en paz a los turistas y los mortifican ofreciendo sin piedad sea lo que sea que ofrecen y aunque les dices que no estas interesado, insisten mas aun, incluso te impiden el paso y te empujan. muy mala experiencia. al final no quieres ni salir del hotel. jamas volveremos a ese pais, ni que nos regalaran los pasajes y la estadia.

Tiene algunas habitaciones reformadas que están muy nuevas y muy bien aunque la insonorización con el exterior no es muy buena.El agua de la ducha salia con mu poca presión. Las que no están renovadas son lago más anticuadas. El desayuno está muy bien y tiene servicio de restaurante, cafetería y bar a cualquier hora. La piscina es agradable. La cama muy cómoda aunque la almohada era altísima y al solicitar en recepción una almohada más delgada no nos hicieron mucho caso. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del templo de Luxor y de calles de tiendas. El hotel en general está muy bien y en nuestro caso sobre todo lo mejor fue la relación calidad precio.

公共の対岸へ渡る船乗り場が近い。ホテルの周辺にレストランが豊富なわけではないですが、ホテル内のレストランの料金が高くないのと、スタッフの対応が落ち着いていて居心地がいいのでホテル内で食べることが多かったです。 対岸へ公共の船で行けることは安く渡れるので気軽に移動できました。値段に対して十分な設備だと思います。

Great, affordable place to stay in Luxor. It’s in within walking distance to the Luxor museum. Only complain is the wifi was really bad, but wasn’t a big deal since I spent most of the time on tours anyway.

I liked the service, shopping, spa options and the well taken care of grounds. I did not like that people can smoke everywhere inside though, as smoke really bothers me.

The hotel itself was ok, somewhat dated 1970's decor, but otherwise clean with good service and great location, in between Karnak and Luxor temples. There is a nice pool area which we took advantage of after sightseeing on hot days. Note that the wi-fi service is terrible -- slow but acceptable in the lobby but really bad in the room. Restaurant was just ok, some good and some bad choices on the menu, without many other dining options in the immediate vicinity.

Good value in a fading upscale property. Facility was clean but it beginning to show the impact of reduced maintenance and reduced reinvestment. Examples: One of the bathroom lights was missing a bulb, the internet has not been updated to cover all of the rooms, the telephone in the room had a broken handset cable, and so on. All of these are minor issues but indicate a bigger issue that will impact the hotel going forward if not corrected. As for the staff, they were VERY helpful and courteous. The security seemed better than many places we saw. Meals in the hotel restaurants were priced comperable to outside businessses. The location is great - right across the street from the riverside walk and very close to the Luxor Temple.

Upon checking the staff houssain didnt want to acknowledge of out breakfast - we had to ask for it.when we got to the room. The fridge was leaking, phone was not working. Tv batteries were worn and shower was dripping water instead of being a regular shower. If u have a long hair, it will hours for you to wash your hair. And there wasnit heat. We had to ask for extra blanquets

There's a lot of mixed reviews on here, but we absolutely loved it! Staff were so friendly and the Nile view was simply fantastic. Not your typical western 4-star, but filled with character and a beautiful pool area. Would definitely stay again.

Horrível e sujo. Não é um 4 estrelas.
As avaliações positivas certamente são de hóspedes que não tem hábito de frequentar 4 estrelas de verdade. Hotel muito velho e sujo. Quartos sem mínima condições, com colchões velhos e deformados e com edredom de hospital. Comida péssima. Mesmo com meia pensão paga, não jantei nem tomei café da manhã no segundo dia (nunca fiz isso, mas...) Incompativel com as fotos que publica. Omelete sendo preparado em local insalubre, com funcionário sem luvas e com unhas sujas. Estou acostumado a resersar hotéis entre 4 e 5 estrelas. Esse é um 3 estrelas típico, que há 20 anos atrás pode ter sido 4 em função da estrutura. Enfim, péssimo!

Great value hotel in the heart of Luxor East Bank
Great value hotel in a great location - only a short walk to the Luxor Temple, Luxor Museum and Nile River promenade. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Nile and we watched hot air balloons flying over West Bank early one of the mornings. We ordered room service, used laundry service, had drinks at the bar and got a massage. Everything was great! The hotel is a bit outdated but we liked our room with high ceilings. Special shout out to the spa for a great massage experience and to the concierge who organized a private sunset felucca ride for us, highly recommend both! :)
