Me ha gustado mucho el hotel, está muy bien ubicado en Luxor para poder ir caminando a los templos y para dar paseos por la ciudad. Las vistas que tiene al Nilo y la montaña lo hacen único, y la piscina está genial. Las habitaciones, si bien son amplias, se ven un poco viejas, especialmente el baño, con mamparas de ducha un poco viejas y con manchas típicas del paso de los años (humedad y tal). Aún así, no daba la sensación de falta de limpieza. La verdad es que la experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. Los desayunos muy abundantes, la cama muy cómoda y las instalaciones de la piscina y el personal, de diez. Además tienen mucho jardín y muy bien cuidado, y varios restaurantes dentro del complejo.

Muy buena opcion .
Buena estancia, nos dieron muy buen trato. Las instalaciones son comodas y tiene de todo. Muy cerca de algunas zonas turisticas y la terminal de trenes y buses.

El hotel está bonito. Muy bien para las personas que pasamos el día paseando, y que luego se relajan. El personal muy bien en recepción. El chico de las maletas de todas maneras quiere propina y no se mueve hasta que le des. Aparte en el área de restaurante o buffet hay variedad de comidas, sin embargo el problema es que falta mayor variedad de los platos de fondo, postres bien y entradas bien. La piscina sencilla y bonita, no llegué a usarla pero me senté alrededor un rato para descansar y lo vi todo bonito. En lo que respecta a la limpieza me parece que falta un poco más de limpieza profunda en los cuartos pues mi hija encontró mucha suciedad en la parte inferior de la mesita de la salía de estar. Los baños limpios pero siempre se olvidaron de dejar shampoo y acondicionador.

Un horror de hotel.Estuve 3 días y solamente hubo wifi medio día. Tenía que ir a un hotel cercano para poder conectarme.Mi habitación ni tenía vistas al Nilo,ni a la ciudad,sólo a recepción!!!!!.No lo recomiendo a nadie.Les pedí traslado al aeropuerto y en vez de llamarme un taxi,como cualquier hotel,tuve que salir a la calle a negociar uno.Impresentables

Other than a bit more care with cleaning/maintenance there are no major issues with this hotel. Except of course that Hotels.com fools you into booking it under false pretenses of a Nile view, coffee and tea making facilities, etc. none of which exist in the rate offered. Telephoning Hotels.com to comment on this made no difference whatsoever,

Iberotel en Luxor cercano a todo, buena opción
Es un bonito hotel a orillas del Nilo. Muy bien las instalaciones y habitaciones en general. Solo es deseable mejorar el internet, que es lento e inestable.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación cerca del templo de Luxor y de la estación de tren . El personal es atento y lo mejor es su jardin yvau pileta sobre el río Nilo . El desayuno bien y su terraza excelente !

Excelente.
Excelente hotel. Excelente servicio. La recepcionista Manal fue un encanto de persona y atendió a todas nuestros pedidos. Las instalaciones estan muy bien. La.comida excelente, tanto almuerzo como desayuno incluido. Ojo con los taxis de la puerta, te estafan y te quieren cobrar 5 veces lo que cuesta el viaje. No se suban sin precio arreglado aun cuando te lo pide el hotel.

mujer de la recepción muy antipatica
la habitación no me gusto le dije al hombre de la recepción que si podía cambiarme la habitación por una con vistas al nilo ya que el wifi no funcionaba nada.. me dijo que me costaba 12 dólares el cambio.. la mujer de la recepción de las mañanas es una mal educada, le pedí una fotocopia del mapa de la ciudad y me respondió que me dio uno el día anterior, que no me lo volvía a imprimir, al final otro compañero suyo le llamo la atención y me lo volvió a imprimir, le dije que por favor me dijese los sitios turísticos para visitar y me dijo que lo mirase por Internet. esa mujer es una irrespetuosa no se que hace trabajando de cara al público. . el chico de la tarde me pidió disculpas me dijo que su compañera tenia un problema pero igual no se puede tratar así a la gente.. mi amiga que estaba en el hotel también se discutió con la mujer de las mañanas.. la verdad que el hotel no me gusto el trato recibido en ningún momento, cobrando me 12 dólares por cambio de habitación, el wifi no funcionaba nada bien, la mala educación de la trabajadora de la recepción de las mañanas.. una mala experiencia la gente de la cocina muy amable

El personal muy amable, cogimos una habitacion con vistas al Nilo. Yo no la hubiera cogido, ya que los mosquitos (pero de esto no tiene culpa el hotel) te comen. Mejor coger una habitación interior y disfrutar de las vistas del Nilo desde su maravillosa terraza y piscina.
