“Good place to stay, very good staff and good breakfast options for a good price. However, bring your own shampoo.”

“Spent two nights at this 'hotel' and would not recommend. Reception man was more interested in his mobile than guests, EG took 8 minutes to pass me my room key. Room is very very basic and had to request room cleaning 3 times (9.30am, 1.30pm + 5.30pm) beofre it got done. Worst of all was the breakfast, 4 items on the American breakfast but they didn't have 3 of them, no tea, no bacon and worst of all no toast - at 7.45am. My advice don't bother with this hotel as it's a glorified...

“It’s called “Bills Tourist Inn” so we thought they would have some info about anything. They couldn’t help with tours, any information about what and where to go and couldn’t even recommend a good restaurant, so we were on our own. Hot water would come and go and there wasn’t any WiFi to help us figure things out. We basically had to walk into the Main Street for everything anyway so we should have just stayed closer. ”

“stay: very cosy and laid back very relaxing service: EXCELLENT! The owners of the inn is very welcoming and helpful towards our needs especially in helping us with the transportation. Location: 10-15mins by Tricycle/motorcycle from LIO airport. This INN is conveniently accessible if you have your own ride (motorcycle, or car). If you dont have, public transport/ tricycle can cost you from 300-600pesos per way but depending on where you want to go.”

“It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Pas d'eau chaude pour se laver. Pas de draps ni serviettes chargés pendant 4 jours. Beaucoup d'humidité et impossible de régler la clim. Mais, bien placé pour se ballader dans le centre-ville.”

“Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. Problem #1 was the food we ordered, Chicken Cordon Bleu was very raw. The staff was glad enough to take it back to cook it properly, though. “El hotel está bien situado ,justo en la.planta inferior hay varios tipos de restaurantes por si no te apetece comer en el hotel. La recepción de hotel es correcta .check in y check out rapido. Hotel muy limpio. El único problema que he encontrado es que el el restaurante te hacen sentir un poco incómodo ya que al ser europeo parece que tengas que cenar lo más caro. Parece que sea un hotel nuevo porque se les escapan algunos detalles muy importantes como por ejemplo en el lavabo solo te ponen...
