Excelente servicio! El chico de recepción habla inglés y es muy amable! La ubicación es excelente, cercano al metro y al puerto viejo. Amenidades que no hay en otros hoteles, habitaciones muy limpias! Súper recomendable!

Habitación pequeña, buena ubicación.
Habitación minúscula, pero limpia y con buen baño, aunque pequeño también. Excelente ubicación del hotel para conocer la ciudad. El viejo Lyon y la Presquille muy cerca. Parquímetros público de pago muy cerca también.

El hotel en gral muy bien y el personalmuy amable, educado y competente. En cambio mi opinion es algo negativaen el Petit Dejeuner era escaso y poco variable.

Très bon emplacement pour cet hôtel en plein coeur de Lyon. La qualité des équipements mériterai d'être revue à la hausse pour être à la hauteur du reste ! Excellent séjour malgré tout; j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Great hotel with amazing location
Lovely modern hotel in a very convenient location. Simple but very nice breakfast and excellent and attentive staff. Beds very comfortable and bathroom modern and well equipped. Location is perfect, being a few minutes walk from Vieux Lyon as well as from all the best shopping areas

We stayed in the family apartment which is adjacent to the hotel property. The apartment is what is needed for a family on holiday or vacation. It is spacious, clean and offers the amenities you do not have with a simple hotel room. The elevator is small, so with a family of four, it required 4 separate trips to bring everyone up and down with their luggage, so plan on that. The thing is that you are paying for the space and amenities, so a few extra runs of the elevator is a minor thing. I have no problem recommending the apartment as a place for a family of 4 stay and would do so again on a trip to Lyon.

Central location, clean, accommodating staff
This hotel is located in a very central spot - right in the middle of shopping, dining, and more! The weekend market is right across the street. The hotel is clean. Only downside is that the rooms are very small, but you are in the center of the city. Our luggage did not make it on our flight with us and we informed the hotel staff. They were unbelievably kind enough to stay after hours and wait until our luggage got dropped off at 1:30AM. To say the least, the staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating.

Correct pour un court séjour
Chambre double petite mais confortable. Points négatifs : la douche dans la chambre sans cloison opaque peut surprendre, au risque qu'un client déclenche l'alarme incendie à 4h du matin avec la vapeur d'eau mal ventilée (histoire vraie). Aucune luminosité dans notre chambre (vue sur cour). Points positifs : hôtel bien situé et petit-déjeuner continental copieux et bon. Correct pour un court séjour, sinon rapport qualité/prix pas top

Great Value Hotel in Excellent Central Location
Overall a great stay offering fantastic value. Excellent location in the heart of Lyon, plenty of attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff who were able to provide information and suggestions about places to visit in the city. One thing to note is that the lift stops at an intermediate floor, so you may have to carry luggage up/down about 6 steps. The only negative I had was that the fire alarm went off at 4am so had to evacuate and stand outside for approximately 10/15 minutes. I'm not sure what triggered it so can't blame the hotel as it could have been due to a guest.

Good hotel
The hotel is located next to the busy streets with lots of restaurants and the only inconvenience was that people were partying until 2 - 3 am. if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not facing the street. It didn't bother us so much, but i can see how it can be disturbing for others. the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was big, but a little outdated, which was fine with us. we got a room with a kitchenette, which was very nice, it had an iron, extra towels, pillows. the shower was great. overall, we liked the location and the hotel.

Hôtel très propre. Les chambres sont très bien. Petit bémol pour les chambres qui donnent sur la boîte de nuit. Malgré un double vitrage, le son et les cris sont gênant.

Localisation parfaite, hotel très bof
La position de l’hotel est parfaite, entre quartier resto/shopping et vieille ville. Par contre, à notre arrivé, le lavabo était bouché. Nous sommes sortit et en revenant, la carte s'était démagnéstisé. L’ascenseur s’arrête entre deux étages, je n’avais jamais vu ca. La chambre est de superficie minimale, MINIMALE.
