Loved the area and the facilities. Property needs better towels, pillows and more toilet paper, soap and shower gel. Also a welcome pack that includes nespresso pods, tea bags would have been a nice touch.

Perseval 10 - Was not what we expected
Hey, There are a few thing that we want to give negative feedback. 1) The house was full of silverfish bugs!! 2) The house wasn't cleaned well enough and the dishes were dirty. First thing we needed to do was to fill the dishwasher and put it on. 3) One of the upstairs chairs broke immeadly when one of us sat on it. 4) Uptairs bathrooms toilet's flushing was leaking. 5) The heating system wasn't working well. Downstairs foor was super cold. (The last day was ok) We went to complain about it but in the end nobody came to look at it. 6) For 6 people you get 2 toilet paper rolls and 3 dishwashing pills, 1 super small hand soap for 2 toalets, a tiny botle of shampoo and bodywash. If these basic things are not included you should tell it beforehand.

Wij hadden een fijn appartement op de begane grond. Leuk terras buiten. Prima bed, keuken met voldoende apparatuur en servies. Resort is leuk opgezet, als een klein dorp met verschillende bouwstijlen. Het was erg druk in het weekend, waardoor het restaurant niet beschikbaar was (wij waren te laatet reserveren). Wij hebben van het zwembad geen gebruik gemaakt.

Die Unterkunft war toll, aber nicht sauber. Unter und neben den Betten, Kühlschrank und Küche waren nicht sauber. An manchen Stellen waren die Hinterlassenschaften früherer Bewohner zu finden. Schade, an der Hygiene muss man arbeiten. Leider ware die Küchenaustatttung zum Teil ziemlich abgegriffen, wie z.B. der Herd, Spannen, defekte Ablage im Kühlschrank. Vielleicht sollte man dem Facility Management ein paar mehr Minute Zeit geben, um so ein ganzes Haus zu säubern. Ansonsten ist das Resort, die Lage und das Ganze drumherum exht schön.

We like the area and surrounding environment. The food was good. However, we had difficulty with the stairs to the bedrooms and smoke from outdoors when we opened the windows. I have some health problems. We had to check out early due to the safety concern. The security officer nicely worked with us to identify problems. The resort manager generously informed us to refund the remaining night based on the unexpected experience we had. We are waiting to hear from Expedia personnel after working with the resort manager.

Die Unterkunft war OK. Uns hat gestört, dass im Wohnbereich sehr viele Silberfischchen sich am Abend bemerkbar machten. Bei der Reklamation wusste man von diesem Problem, konnten jedoch nichts unternehmen, schade.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft, wegen folgender Punkte: 1. Als wir unser Haus betragen, war es nicht geputzt. 2. Wir bekamen ein anderes Haus, dort öffnete sich die Türe nicht, wir mussten erneut zur Rezeption. 3. In der Küche waren Ameisen auf der Arbeitsplatte und dem Herd. 4. Der Schuppen im Garten war nicht geputzt, hier lagen leere Bierflaschen und Zigarettenschachteln. 5. Der Kühlschrank hat Wasser verloren, sodass sich auf dem Boden eine Pfütze gebildet hat. 6. Es war sehr wenig Geschirr für 8 Personen. 7. In den Zimmern gab es keine zusätzlichen Decken oder Kissen. 8. Am Herd funktionierten nicht alle Platten. Trotz dieser Mängel, vor allem die Sauberkeit, hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende. Aber an der Sauberkeit, Funktionalität und Ausstattung sollte gearbeitet werden. Die Lage, die Häuser und der Park waren aber schön.

The hotel is nice and neat. But the apartment floorplan is poorly designed. The toilet is not in the bathroom. The shower closet has leaks and each time after shower you will flood the bathroom. They also don't offer much amenities. You only get one roll of toilet paper (more like half roll) and you will have to buy more your own. They don't offer any tissue box.

Lovely, dog friendly resort with great facilities
The resort is located on the outskirts of Maastricht. It is only a 10 minute bike ride to the city centre, where there is free valet parking.
