Mi único comentario es que cuando llevamos una de las habitaciones no estaba limpia, ni organizada. Tuvieron que cambiarnos a otra porque el servicio de limpieza no había echo su trabajo a tiempo.

Really bad installations and dirty common areas, smell really bad in all the hotel, the place is in front of the beach but in real bad conditions

Breakfast was very poorly staffed and stocked. Housekeeping entered our room with a Do Not Disturb on our doorknob. Rooms were not very clean. Hot tub wasn’t hot; pretty close to the pool temperature. Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful.

Lighting in room was poor. (One light was not working). Chair had a arm that needs to be glued. Breakfast was not very good. No eggs or yogurt. No decaf in the cafeteria for those who could not drink caffeine. Did not like bed spreads due to lack of cleanliness.

The TV software was 58 day's out of day and took about 3 hours to fix. The breakfast was very poor quality and very limited selection. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived, several hours after their published check in time.

Located within walking distance to ferry docks, restaurants and shops. Large parking lot. We were able to get early check in upon arrival. Front desk attendant told us breakfast was from 7:00-10:00am which is incorrect. It was from 7:00-9:00am. Options for breakfast were very limited. Rooms were decent. Clean. Our door to our room didn’t seem to shut securely and would rattle on the hinges every time guests down the hallway shut their doors.

Everything was perfect , even the mass amount of May Flies....I hear they are here for about 2 weeks this time of year. They don't bite, but definitely a nuisance and unattractive! Not controllable though. Love our room on the water! The front desk gave us an upgrade complimentary and we didn't even ask for one! Thank you ladies!

Price was very good, room was clean. The door wall was so old there was an inch on the top that was misaligned and wouldn’t close. Front desk was overwhelmed on the two occasions we went into lobby. Couldn’t get them on the phone when I called down to ask a question. Good value for the off season price point.

I will start this review with the fact we were there before the real season starts going up in Mackinaw City. I will preface the fact that it is a I would consider a Budget Motel for that area I got two nights for $189 after taxes and fees. Start with the staff was more than Pleasant, Hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location. My room was clean it was everything you expect I booked a single bed and I got a double bed but they didn't charge me for anything else. Now what I would say are the negatives the bathroom door in my room had damage on it that was actually tried to be covered up they should have replaced the door it was just more of an unsightly if anything there was a small hole behind the hair dryer but it was kind of covered up by the hair dryer I just happened to notice it other than everything else in the room was fine. The continental breakfast was adequate, it was a lot of the usual things toast, cereal, mini pancakes, make your own waffles ham I was disappointed there wasn't scrambled eggs to be honest I don't remember absolutely everything. It was okay for continent only got food in your stomach and saved you from having pay for breakfast somewhere else and since I was in Mackinac early in the season there was really not much open yet for the season restaurant wise.

The girls at reception desk were great special mention to Michelle very helpful . Great view from our room . Only suggestion breakfast could have more variety especially if your visiting for a few days . Will stay again

The location is very nice as it is beachfront. Room was clean and nice also as we had a balcony room. The front desk clerk lady was very rude and not nice upon our check-in. Perhaps greeting your guests with a smile would be nice instead of saying,”I just work here.”

The property is on the water which is beautiful. It is a bit outdated, but the staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy.

Front desk was great. Cleaning crew needs to make sure customers can get by the carts. Breakfast needs to start earlier than 7am. It was very quite and a nice little beach. Will stay again

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel , the desk help was excellent . i think the breakfast should be till 10 am so we missed it . The cleaning staff was great ,. The room was good the shower handle on the wall was very loose . I will stay here again. Thanks
