The shower was not ideal.. It was a stand up shower and the extra drain was a quarter out of the shower lining. I understood what they were trying to do with it. But, if you don’t have the shower-head(s) aligned in a specific spot, the water goes around the drain and it ends up flooding the floor. Also, the bed springs made the bed very uncomfortable. Woke up with lower back pain, and my husband was having hip issues. The suite was way better than the regular rooms, but sadly— there’s only one suite in the whole hotel and it was taken. Disappointed this time around.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the room had a balcony and the street (cars) noise was too much and they say they couldn’t change us to another room… everything else was great

This hotel is currently going through some major remodeling. With that said I stayed in one of the new rooms and it was amazing. The workers quit early and there was no noise issue. The staff was extremely welcoming. I stayed for one night in February.

Mediocre, mainly due to the fact the hotel was undergoing renovations and it wasn’t made known to us till we pulled in the parking lot and see the construction dumpster and furniture all over the parking lot. Fortunately our room had recently been competed, but the hallways to get to our room were definitely under construction and messy/filthy.

Wasn’t a bad stay. Pool closes at 10, feels kinda early. Breakfast was ok, beds were hard. We called for new towels the next morning twice and never got them.

called hotel before we went to see if hotel to see if hot tub and pool was heated was told yes both were heating fine. when we got to hotel and checked in was informed .that both were not working. The hotel clerk was very nice and worked with us to change us to a different sister hotel so everything was fine.

Family of 4 with 2 kids had a great time!
Great time with my family, extremely nice, coffee going all day with creamer, excellent hotel breakfast with hot food. They were doing construction on part of the hotel but other then seeing them in part of the parking lot I didn’t much notice.

Construction right above our room on the second floor. They aren’t working normal business hours so this is an oversight by managers of the hotel. Front desk didn’t even attempt to make anything right . Example: moving us away from the noise, etc
