We weren't impressed. For the all three nights that we stayed there, no one came to clean our premises. The WiFi was weak throughout. The Tv channels didn't respond. No breakfast offered. Truly, no value for money!

This is a clean place with some inconveniences.
This is a clean place. My only complaints are: 1) staff was unprepared at check-in; 2) the room was not ready, and the staff came back to finish preparing the room for use while we were in the room and without knocking; 3) the check-out time is very inconvenient and staff shows ZERO flexibility in providing late check-outs, even if only for 1 hour extra.

The owners are lovely, the place is a good value for NBC a great location. The cleanliness could be better. There are lots of ants (normal in the Seychelles) but other hotels managed to keep most of them out. Also the shower doesn’t work so you have to hold it and spray yourself and it doesn’t stay hot. Overall, good stay though. The porch and views are amazing!

I had a layover here as I missed my connecting flight due to Air Seychelles delay. All I needed was a good night sleep. The AC in the room could not be turned off. There was no duvet or enough bedsheets to cover. I had to use the bathroom towel to cover myself. There were cockroaches in the shower and the shower head holder was broken and you to hold it to shower yourself. I needed wifi to rebook my next flight but even though they provided with wifi, there was no internet. When I asked, they said that they didn't pay for it. I acknowledge that they allowed me to stay after my check-out time and also called for my transfer to the airport. But the overall quality of the customer service was unpleasant. You felt that they were doing you favors. There was no apologies and no alternatives offered if you have issues with their service.

The beautiful garden and the location the varanda balcony is super amazing. No drinkinble drinkable water available. For the guests, no ironing available, no kitchen to cook...

Although classed as a 3 star properly we found the accomodation very comfortable and the owner very helpful and friendly. Close to both the beach and nearby foodstores. Buses also nearby to go into Victoria. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Convenient central location
This budget hotel is an easy walk from the beacch area and if you visit on a wednesday, the market in the walkway next to the beach. This in itself was a great bonus as it continued into the night with food and music available. The host was very helpful, there is wifi but the signal is only strong near the main house. My room was clean and comfortable with good aircon and hot showers. The bedding was clean but a bit worn and would benefit from upgrading, all in all a pleasant stay

Good budget lodging
Nice place to stay if you are on a budget and aren't looking for luxury. The villa is set in a beautiful location convenient to a number of restaurants and shops. My room was spacious, with a nice balcony. Air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. Internet was down the first two days of my stay due to a storm that knocked out transmission towers. Breakfast is very basic: juice, coffee or tea, and an egg sandwich.

Beaucoup d’équipements mentionnés sur le site n’existent pas. Pas de petits déjeuners, réception jamais là. Nous posons nos affaires par terre car pas de tables de nuit. Ne demandez pas d’eau ou de café car on vous dit non. Après 12h ne demandez rien et ne les dérangez pas car la propriétaire très désagréable. On nous a répondu on fourni la chambre pour dormir et rien d’autre.

Chambre simple mais correcte pour le prix. Par contre très bruyante, même la nuit (le téléphone de la réception sonnait souvent et personne ne répondait). Il n'y avait personne à la réception la plupart du temps pour nous aider. Le dernier jour, nous avons commandé un taxi à 4h45 au matin pour aller à l'aéroport, qui nous a été confirmé mais personne n'est venu ! Nous avons fini notre séjour très contrarié et stressés..

Réception fermée. Hôtel ne répond pas en journée pour savoir si on peut laisser des valises.Jai appelé 10 fois. Poubelles de la salle de bain non vidées. Réservations pour 2 personnes, nous avons eu 2 lits simples de hauteurs différentes dont 1 seul était préparé. Wifi inexistant. Pas d'eau chaude...douche froide soir et matin ! N'espérez pas avoir une bouteille d'eau en guise de bienvenue ni de sachet de café/thé...vous pourrez tout de même boire de l'eau chaude. Les tarifs sont fonction de la localisation et non des prestations...vous l'aurez compris je déconseille

Posizione ottima ma servizi scarsi non hanno fatto la camera tutti i giorni non cambiavano asciugamano abbiamo dovuto chiedere addirittura per carta igienica, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo fatto la doccia prima di andare aereoporto in giardino

Ottima posizione Stanza ampia Pulizie regolari Prezzo Personale gentile Da migliorare la comunicazione con la gestione. Per posta elettronica e nella pubblicazione su Expedia si parlava di navetta dall'aeroporto e colazione ( con circa 3€/giorno extra) invece nessun dei due servizi è stato espletato: alcune stanze non hanno cucina nè ci sono posti dove fare colazione a meno di 280 rupie nei paraggi quindi avere una colazione era utile.

A due minuti a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di Beau Vallon. Vicinissimo alla fermata dei bus 22/24 che passano da Beau Vallon per spiagge a nord o direzione victoria centrale per raggiungere la capitale (15min) e poi cambiare per tutte le altre direzioni! Camera spaziosa con doccia e vasca, spaziosa e con un bel patio esterno! La casa è all’interno di una zona residenziale privata! Super tranquilla e consigliata se si vuole evitare il mega resort sia per una situazione economica sia se si vuole stare più a contatto con i locali. Io ci tornerei!!

Not safe property!!!!
I would like to strongly NOT RECOMMEND this property. No front desk. I got stuck in my apartment as door didnt open. I had my flight at very early morning and fortunately the driver I have aaranged the transfer to airport helped me to call the police to get out of my room. Telephone provided in the booking rang but nobody responded as located in the reception where there was nobody. We never suceeded to reach out to owner. Thanks to police's help could find a guy from poperty who was located in an an apaetment nearby. It has been a nightmare. He had no idea of how to let me out of my apartment. Finally I realised that I could get out using the balcony of an apartment close to mine . I had to suggest him. It was risky but it allowed me to leave. Not a word from a property or excuses. I ve been travelling the world and adapt to all circomstances but i ve never experienced something of the kind. This is a kind message to all travellers who love travelling like me. Stays should be safe and confortable to everyone, which is not the case with this property. Thank you

Lati positivi : abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia di Beau Vallon (si va tranquillamente a piedi) + esternamente è bello con un giardino tropicale altrettanto bello + abbastanza grande con patio esterno. Lati negativi : è abbastanza "conciato", la cucina ed i bagni hanno urgente bisogno di essere ristrutturati, anche il letto singolo nel quale ho dormito ha un materasso scomodo. In definitiva, noi siamo stati solo una notte e per quello è ok, non sarei stato di più. Carina la signora che, alla nostra domanda se c'era il wifi, ha risposto che è a pagamento ma ci ha fornito lo stesso la password senza addebitarci niente.
