We appreciate you taking the time to provide a feedback but please allow me to make the following observation: We don’t advertise our hotel as a hotel for the exclusive use of German guests, on the opposite note we are contracted with tour operators from almost all European Countries and we are always delight to welcome Belgium guests. Actually we are very proud to say that we do have repeater guests from Belgium who are visiting our hotel since many years. Thank you once again for your review. I am quite confused reading your comment about the hotel not providing a coral reef as the Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay is actually overlooking one of the most beautiful in-house reefs and providing an easely accessible jetty to it.
