We have taken a little time to process our stay here so as, to be honest and sincere. The overall stay was OK but for the cost, left us a bit unimpressed/disappointed.
PROS:
- The room: large, comfortable, and more than suited to our needs with a small child/infant.
- The staff was overall, very friendly (some more than others) and did well in accommodating our requests.
- The location was ok and given that we were not very far from the party strip, was quiet and disconnected from that
- The two staff members for the kid's activities (a young Colombian gentleman and an Argentinian woman) were amazing and great with our 15-month-old.
CONS (NEED TO BE IMPROVED UPON):
- Preferred Club guest check-in (not efficient at all if there are multiple people checking-in at the same time).
- Room cleaning: every day of our stay, we had to call and request something they missed. (Empty all trash cans, sweep floor, basic things) and left cleaning supplies on the floor of the room one of the other days. Friendly staff, just not very thorough.
- Customer service response time: Had an accident with a clogged sink. Resolved only after calling 3 times throughout the course of a full day.
- No one to meet/greet you upon arrival and upon check out, no one asked how our stay was.
- Food: The variety was ok, but the quality of the food in the paid restaurants was underwhelming.
Overall: Great room, however, attention to guest experience needs a lot of improvement.
