Lo del todo incluido es un camelo
La calidad de la comida muy mala, especialnmente la de los zumos del desayuno. Pura química. No había ni donde lavarse los piés a la vuelta de la playa...las duchas inoperativas. Lo del todo incluido es un camelo, pues hay muchas excepciones a esto. Pocas plazas de aparcamiento...

Es un hotel perfecto para las vacaciones
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. En primer lugar por el trato del personal, que ha sido inmejorable. Las instalaciones en generales muy buenas, con la piscina, las vistas, etc. Por otro lado, las actividades que se realizan en el hotel son muy apropiadas también. Recomiendo este hotel para unas vacaciones en familia o en pareja.

Hotel Bien Ubicado
Todo a estado perfecto. Salvo un detalle, hay que hacer una renovación de colchones de tres que se ocuparon , uno estaba en regular estado.Lo demás muy bien.

Bien pero las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas

Buena relación calidad/precio.
Buen hotel con instalaciones renovadas. La limpieza de la habitación, la atención en recepción y la amabilidad de casi todos los empleados fue lo mejor. La animación es regular. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la comida en general, no estaba mala pero no hubo casi nada que dijéramos ¡que bueno! y en 10 días de estancia nunca nos había pasado. Las bebidas del T.I. son de terceras marcas. También nos gustaría que, aunque casi todo esté enfocado a las personas nacidas de fuera de España, éstas respetasen las normas básicas del hotel y de educación. Por ejemplo, no andar descalzo por el comedor, no dejar comida por recepción o en los descansillos de las plantas... En resumen, buen hotel pero con cosas importantes que mejorar para ser un 4 estrellas.

Hotel renovado junto a la playa en zona tranquila
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales en Junio de 2016. Tuvimos una habitación enorme (nos dieron una triple aunque revervamos una doble para una pareja) con unas vistas impresionantes. Está junto a la Cala Domingos que es una cala pequeñita y que se llena bastante dado el tamaño del hotel. Aún así es una cala preciosa.

Hotel muy cerca de la playa
Hotel muy cercano a una cala (Cala Domingos) muy limpia y cómoda. Además tiene dos piscinas. La comida del buffet buena y variada. El único problema para mi es que tanto la animación como los horarios de comedor están totalmente orientados a los huéspedes extranjeros (p.ej. el horario de cenas termina a las 9).

Un poco lento el check in, pero nos mejoraron la habitación. Estuve hace 7 años en este hotel y ahora con la reforma ha quedado fantástico. Personal muy amable y atento siempre. Repetiremos nuevamente, sin duda.

Very good hotel
Very good value for the money hotel. Good food, the bars' staff is very friendly, the rooms are ok for 2 adult + 1 child, and small for 2adult +2 children (as in may case) - but is better than have to pay for 2 rooms! Although many families with kids, the overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The very close beach is fantastic, For those that prefer to stay at the hotel, the swimming pools are very good: one for little kids, other with depth ranging from 60cm-210cm and a third one for good swimmers of considerable depth. The town where the hotel is placed has basic facillities, but do not expect to find bars presenting 10 football games at the same time and discos for hundreds of drunked people, which from my point of view it is a plus! The biggest cons is related with the oppening ours of the restaurant fitted to " german hours"! It is unpleasant that the air-conditioning of the restaurant is turned off immediately after the closing hours, forcing the guests to leave it even if they did not have time to finish the meal! The free Wifi is very slow and confined to a small area!

Sólo vale la pena por las calas cercanas al hotel
La calidad de las instalaciones del hotel no corresponde a un 4 estrellas. Los horarios de las comidas son adaptados al turista extranjero aunque tienen la opción de la pizzería para poder comer fuera de las horas del restaurante. El agua mineral no está incluida en la modalidad de "todo incluido". La botella de medio litro cuesta 1,5€ en la máquina expendedora!!! No hay servicio de toallas para la piscina y no se menciona este aspecto en la página web. La caja fuerte es de pago; incomprensible a día de hoy. Los turistas del hotel tienen una costumbre un tanto abusiva de reservar las tumbonas desde tempranas horas de la mañana con toallas y dejarlas así aunque estén ausentes. No hay WiFi gratuito en la habitación. Únicamente en el lobby. El trato del personal es amable, educado y atento. Lo mejor es el acceso fácil y directo desde el hotel a 2 preciosas calas a las que se puede llegar en 5 minutos a pie. La comida es poco variada aunque suficiente. Párking gratuito. Hay que dejar fianza para el mando a distancia de la TV (10€) que te retornan en el check out. Los espectáculos nocturnos son muy dirigidos a un público extranjero (alemán e inglés principalmente).

Un verdadero fraude de 4 estrellas y todoincluido
la entrada a las 14 h era desesperante; La comida horrorosa; los horarios de piscina y de comedor dedicados exclusivamente a los extranjeros. En las habitaciones no había gel ni champú. Si querías beber cerveza en las comidas, te la tenías que ir tu a buscar a otra cafetería del hotel; No servían botellas de agua: te tenías que subir el vaso de agua a la habitación, etc. Es esto un todo incluido? Es un hotel de 4 estrellas? Todo muy lamentable

Nice Hotel, friendly staff
We stayed for 4 nights and we had a great experience. The room has a good size, is bright, clean and has a wonderful view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good size swimming pool and the food was good too.

Sehr gute Lage aber viel zu groß
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Man muss aber Englisch, Französisch oder Spanisch können. Mit Deutsch kommt man nicht weit. Die Anlage ist viel zu groß und leider handelt das Personal sehr inkonsequent. Es hängen überall verbotsschilder das kein essen mit in den poolbereich genommen werden soll. Man vernünftig gekleidet zum essen gehen möge. Keine Liegen belegen. Die Gäste interessiert es mal überhaupt gar nicht. Da müsste mehr durchgegriffen werden, dann kommt auch ein Wohlfühlfaktor auf. Wir haben das Hotel nur zur Übernachtung und essen genutzt, ansonsten waren wir unterwegs. Parkplatz haben wir immer vor dem Hotel direkt bekommen. Absoluter Vorteil für uns war, das unser Zimmer in einem Anbau abseits von der Animationsbeschallung war. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Das essen wiederholte sich, aber bei all inklusive nichts aussergewöhnliches. Es gab reichlich Auswahl, leider oft kalt und zerkocht. Fazit: das Hotel entspricht höchstens 3 Sterne und viel zu teuer für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Fint hotell, fine uteområder med bassenger og tilstrekkelig med solsenger, og kort vei til stranda. Maten «OK-minus» kanskje en dag hvor vi godta oss under middagen. Drikkevarene og alkoholen var heller ikke til å dø av. Renholdet var bra, men ikke perfekt. Personellet var noe varierende. Noen veldig hyggelige, mens andre fikk du mer et inntrykk av at ikke ønsket å være der.

Mir hat nicht gefällt das man für das WLAN bezählen muss!!!!!Das habe ich nieeee erlebt. Ich war überall weltweit und habe nieeee erlebt dass man für das WLAN bezahlen muss. Ich fand das total schlecht. Weiterhin hat man für alles bezahlt sodass es nicht geht dass ich für bestimmten Alkohol auch bezahlen muss. Entweder vom Anfang beim Bezahlen die Kosten einfach erhöhen und wirklich danach alles inklusiv oder schreiben Sie einfacher nicht mehr alles inklusiv. Das Essen auch in Restaurant jedentag fast das gleiche. Andererseits sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team.

Schönes Hotel.Super Ausblick vom Zimmer.
Es war alles in Ordnung, trotz später Ankunft 24 Uhr 45 lief das einchäcken gut. Zimmer waren sehr gut, mit Meer Blick. Inclusive Angebot war sehr gut, ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen und die Getränke. Im Bad war es immer etwas Laut, wegen der Abflußrohre,da hörte man immer das ablaufen des Wassers. Freundliches Personal. Anlage war ein Stück über der Bucht, mit 2 St. Pools, mit Liege und Sonnenschirme. Hotel würde ich wieder Buchen.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
Definitely not a 4 Star hotel but fits a 3 Star. Hotel is very far from Palma airport (approx. 50 mins) however very close to a nice beach ( Cala de Mallorca ). The beds are terribly uncomfortable, you can feel every spring digging into your body. Bathrooms are very old and had a constant musky/moldy smell lingering around the bathroom. Inside the room you can hear the whole conversation next door as if they are in your room. Hotel had great animation team and nightly entertainment was good. Food is very bland and boring and repetitive, whatever is left over from Dinner is being served next day as lunch. Don’t expect to see much of Spanish dishes a lot of Repetitive sea food. And burgers and pasta served almost everyday. Extra fees for WiFi (€6 per day per device) and safety box fee €5 per day.

This hotel is nicely situated, very close to a beautiful sandy beach as well close to a small village centre. What I really liked about this hotel is that every room has view on the sea where you can every morning observe a sun rise. Its approximately 55 minutes drive from Palma so you will be there in a snap. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, you can request late check-outs till 2 or 4pm by your departure.

Fint hotel, flot udsigt og strand
Hvis man vil have et rent, pænt og funktionelt hotel med pools, strand og All inclusive med middelmådig mad og drikke så er det er meget fint hotel til prisen. Dog lidt for meget larm om aftenen på hotellet og i nærområdet til en børnefamilie og for meget junkmad i snackbaren og sindssygt med plastikforbrug til drinks mm. Men sådan er det desværre nok bare med den type ferier. Men alt fungerer og det var godt.

Party of 4 ladies, staying for 3 nights in early May. The main hotel was lovely, clean and modern. We stayed in the annex which hadn't been modernised but was comfortable. The pool was very cold, but I don't think the time of year helped. Food in the hotel was lovely with lots of choice and variety. We were all inclusive. You could eat from 7am until midnight between the buffet, pool bar and pizza bar and get 3 drinks per person at each bar trip, in large glasses instead of the usual 2 in plastic cups which was great. Staff were very friendly. We would stay in the same hotel again, but would like to try another hotel in the chain at other resort.

Very good hotel
Maybe there is only one bad thing that I can say about this hotel and that is the distance from the airport. If you choose to stay here better rent a car or book a private shuttle. My transfer was with shared shuttle and it was too long around 4 hours. I don't know just a bad luck or this is a normal transfer time for this hotel. Anyway everything else was great and i spend a very good holidays.

Disappointing !
This hotel is a 3*, not 4* as all the little extras that make a 4*, aren't there. Check in was swift, hotel room was very clean, but basic . English BBC channels on TV were a bonus ! Food choice was shocking, like preparing a school dinner menu on a budget ! Very disappointing as eating a decent dinner plays a large part of our holiday. Loads of sun loungers but no beach towels available to hire . Hotel position was great with a fantastic sea view.
