Repetiremos
El hotel está muy bien situado, te permite salir en bañador, cruzar la calle y bañarte en el mar. Tienen una terraza en la planta cuarta para tomar bebidas que está muy bien, un poco caro eso si. El buffet del desayuno y de la cena muy completo. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas igual que las habitaciones. Tiene una excelente piscina con vistas al paseo, una lástima que no te puedas bañar de noche.

Hotel recién reformado , muy cómodo y limpio. El trato del personal es amable. Justo al lado de la playa y de restaurantes. Con una impresionante terraza para tomar algo.

Es un lindo hotel, bien ubicado, restaurado y con buena comida. Lo malo es que la cena es hasta las 21 hs., cuando en verano todavía es de día.

Bien situado
Un hotel situado a primera línea de mar al Puerto de Sóller y al mismo tiempo, muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones están muy bien.

Personal muy atento
Personal muuy atento. Eramos los únicos mallorquines. Nos han tratafo super bien. Podria haber más variedad en desayuno y cena. A veces se acavaba la comida y ya no reponian. Habitaciones reformadas y cómodas.

Good rooms. Service was hit and miss depending on which staff you spoke with. Room for more sun beds and shades around the pool but simply none there and therefore limited availability. Breakfast was below standard. Especially fresh proper coffee and fresh juices (considering we’re in an area with plenty of proper fresh OJ).

Wir sind inzwischen mehrere Male hier gewesen, da uns Port de Soller sehr gefällt. Das Personal ist wie nicht anders erwartet sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und an der Rezeption konnten wir uns fließend in deutsch unterhalten. Auf Nachfrage eines eventuellen Zimmerwunsch wurden uns direkt mögliche Alternativen angeboten und alles versucht uns den Aufenthalt erneut so erholsam wie möglich zu gestalten. Alles ist sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die zwei Einzelbetten standen leider nicht sehr fest am Boden und unser Basic-Zimmer war doch recht klein. Ebenso ist die Klimaanlage im April noch nicht aktiv, da es nachts noch sehr kalt wird. Dadurch war es nachts recht warm, da wir den Zug durch eine offene Tür vermeiden wollten. Wir mussten leider krank frühzeitig abreisen und mussten daher zwar nur die bis dato anfallenden Kosten der Kurtaxe leisten, allerdings gab sonst leider keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Das war zwar sehr schade, was uns jedoch nicht davon abhält wieder zu kommen. Parken konnten wir in geringer Entfernung zum Hotel. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden, was nicht zuletzt durch die zentrale Lage der Fall ist.

Great location! Parking was a bit tricky when we arrived though because it was a Sunday afternoon and it was very crowded. Overall it was clean, modern and nice. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt.Umliegend unzählige Einkaufs-/Essens Möglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind teilweise recht hellhörig,dafür aber gut ausgestattet und recht modern eingerichtet. Der Meerblick ist unschlagbar und der Balkon sehr geräumig. Die Abluftgitter im Zimmer und im Badezimmer haben teilweise schimmlige Stellen, ansonsten sehr sauber.

We arrived in the evening but our room hadn’t been cleaned and the beds hadn’t been changed or made. We were given no explanation. We were only told that there were absolutely no other rooms available. So we had to wait another nearly two hours before we had a room. We were offered a buffet dinner which was mostly cold and stale as it was reaching the end of mealtime. Also the room had clearly been cleaned in a rush and was not properly clean. Extremely disappointed and won’t be going back.

It is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Our view was spectacular But the service was lacking. I didn’t like waiting for my towels at reception as they were often busy and it was a long wait. There was no iron available to me. No laundry service available to me and by 9am all the chairs at the pool and the beach were taken. Also the wifi was horrible. I found the staff at front desk dismissive and uninterested. The server at the pool restaurant though was exceptional. I hope this helps you improve your service.

Good location just by the beach walk in Port de Soller. Good breakfast and dinner served each day. The chef seemed good at sustainability by recycling food in a creative way. Nice rooftop bar. The downside was the pool area - simply impossible to serve even 1/5 of the guests with the space available - it was all filled by families with small children so be prepared to use the beach instead.

The front desk person was not particularly warm or friendly when we arrived an hour before our room would be ready so first impression was just OK. But Amin at the bar/restaurant was very friendly and welcoming when we ate lunch while waiting for our room - and he was lovely throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet has extensive options. My mother loved it. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. It was wonderful to watch the sun go down and see the beautiful sky colors each evening. We would stay here again.

Hotel Eden was beautiful, friendly staff, amazing location across the street from the beach and beautiful views of the harbour. The breakfast buffet was very good and our room was spacious and always kept clean. I would definitely stay here again when I return! Thank you!

The location was great with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were ok but pretty basic. The quality of the food was good but you had to be early at the breakfast buffet or you'll find it half empty. The gym was lousy. One old treadmill and crosstrainer, some smaller dumbells. The pool was ok
