Decepcionante. Nefasto en cuanto a calidad-precio.
Resumiría mi estadía como decepcionante. Soy un viajero frecuente por motivos laborales, por lo que me veo obligado a pasar unas 50 o 60 noches al año fuera de casa. Debido a mi amplia experiencia puedo asegurar que la calidad precio de este hotel es nefasta y más teniendo en cuenta la época del año en la que estamos. Se venden como hotel con habitación con vistas al mar, pero realmente lo que tienes son vistas a un edificio a 5 metros de tu balcón. La habitación es calurosa y el aire está centralizado a alta temperatura. Por probar traté de poner la calefacción y tampoco permite regularla a tu gusto. Si dejas el balcon abierto para no pasar calor, la habitación se llena de mosquitos. En resumen, en Mallorca me quedé en el mejor hotel que he estado y en el peor, este, por desgracia, es el caso negativo. En cuanto a la limpieza no se puede añadir nada negativo a la experiencia, pues el hotel mantenía una limpieza correcta. Insisto, calidad precio, fatal.

Rest and beach
It is a very nice place for a few days of rest on the beach. We have been in early September and despite having many people, it seemed like a quiet neighborhood. The promenade is very pleasant at night and also a good place to practice sports. Amazing sea baths, crystal clear water and good temperature.

We had a really nice stay at Hotel Negresco. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Playa de Palma with shops and restaurants around. They have a spa, which we used to have a relaxing massage. It was a bit pricy but worth at the end. They also have a thermal circuit for €8 per person. The airport is just 15min by bus/car from the hotel which is great! The hotel has a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, if you can I would highly recommend to get the half board. They don't offer drinking water for free, so buy a bottle at a shop and refill it in the free drinking water fountains in the promenade, there is one on Carrer de Bartomeu Xamena, just 5min walk from the hotel. The room was big enough and clean. Our AC stop working on the second night but it was quickly fixed in the next day. The WiFi needs improvement, it's the only thing I have to complain about. Most of the time the connection was very poor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool towels require a deposit of €10 in cash and can be changed. Free luggage room after check out. Lockers are €1.

All round fabulousness! Great hotel in a great location. Customer service was excellent by everyone throughout our weeks holiday. Breakfast was a little repetitive but had freshly squeezed orange juice! Would have preferred a cafeteria of coffee instead of out of the machine. But all in all it was good enough and plentiful. Bar food around the pool area was excellent 👌 rooms were a little basic but functional and clean… thank you for a great week away!

Pros very quiet . Con is our dining experience we don’t drink and if you don’t there was no tap water available to take your medications unless you pay for it . Bad customer service no courtesy at all . Not much vegetarian choices and whatever they had was very limited

Great location, nice staff! Easy access to the beach and close to buses into the center and airport! Convenient to get around from there but not near the super touristy zones. Would stay again!

Lovely hotel and staff but food choice limited.
The hotel was good and the staff were excellent, but I would have expected tea/coffee making facilities in the room for a 4 star hotel. We were half board, breakfast was good but dinner choice was very limited and fairly bland (salad and sweet selection was good) in terms of main course. Excellent location.

Sehr schönes, modern gestaltetes Hotel mit direkter Strandlage an der Playa de Palma Balneario 11. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, täglich zuverlässiger Zimmerservice. Frühstück sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl, vom Abendessen waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht (zu wenig Auswahl). Schöne Außenanlage mit Pool, ausreichend Liegen, tolle Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick und kleinem Pool.

It was next to the beach, and the view was magnificent. It was not far away various cafes and restaurants. It was only 10 minutes to Palma by car.

We stayed at this hotel for the 1st time and we booked the biggest room they had, the terrace which was a bit dated now but had a brilliant party terrace. The music was right below us but did finish at 11pm so wasn’t late but if you like an early night don’t book this room. The staff are amazing and so helpful, the beach towels are loaned on a deposit which I understand as they could get left at the beach I guess. We were allowed a late check out for a small fee on the last day which was really lovely and meant we got to stay on the beach. I have stayed at other hotels near by and the food we have experienced before was more vast in choice but we quickly realised that actually what food was available on the half board was really tasty and actually really healthy compared. We also had a lovely shop in all the fun shops along the beach and with Palma being so close we enjoyed a short taxi ride into this beautiful city. Also the airport is so close which makes the last day mean you don’t have to rush back as it’s 10 mins to the airport in a taxi and doesn’t cost much. We had a lovely stay all round and would Book again. Thank you to all the helpful staff and lovely stay. My only thing I would say is be mindful of the music here which is loud and can be heard from the rooms at night so if that is a problem don’t book a room close to the bar area.
