Ubicación y entorno de 10, sitio muy apropiado para desconectar. El personal es muy atento, trato muy familiar, te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitaciones, al menos la nuestra, mejorable, poca luz y ducha no acorde con el hotel ni con el precio de la misma. Restaurante muy bueno, buen producto y servicio, precios excesivos de algunos platos y de los vinos, horario de cocina a mejorar, cierra a las 22 h.

Lugar idílico. La piscina mirando a la imponente muela es una maravilla. El hotel tiene mucho encanto. Quizás servicio de bar en la piscina sería un punto a mejorar

Experiencia a repetir.
Fuimos tres parejas a pasar un fin de semana. El lugar es precioso, el personal muy amable y simpático, la comida buena y abundante, buena relación calidad precio. Nos gustaron las dos piscinas: tanto la interior como la exterior. Habitaciones muy acogedoras com muebles antiguos muy bonitos. Cosas a mejorar: los postres del restaurante y la red wifi.

Tranquilidad y comodidad absolutas
Tranquilidad y comodidad en un entorno idílico.El hotel es una base ideal para realizar multitud de excursiones por la serra de tramuntana. Instalaciones en perfecto estado,jardínes preciosos,spa y piscina cubierta impecable, todo inspira relax. El personal muy simpático y atento. La cocina nos gustó mucho,incluyendo un completo desayuno buffet. Buenísima experiencia que nos hará repetir seguro.

el sitio es espectacular, el hotel tambien, pero deberian mejorar la calidad del restaurante

Great views of Mallorca mountanains. Beautiful landscaping, pool and restaurant. Excellent indoor pool. Restaurant is expensive. There are steps in domain.

The area itself is stunning and extremely tranquil. However I found the overall service poor. One waitress was repeatedly rude to my partner and I at breakfast for wanting to sit inside. The room was small, didn’t have a bin and had no AC so got very hot in the day.

Scenic
Scenic location, with interesting wineries nearby as well as amazing Castell de Alaro if you are ready for a 2.5-hour hike (one way). Staff is good. Food is OK but isn't quite on the same level as everything else.

Amazing place, fully recommend
We loved the place and the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The property itself was quite, beautiful and remote just like we wanted to be.make sure you rent a car as it is remote from the big city center. We are definetly planning on renewing our visit.

A wonderful stay - we will return !
We love everything about this hotel and staff. We discovered it a couple of years ago and had lunch there, we always said we would return for a stay and it lived up to expectations and perhaps even exceeded. The pool, the view, the terrace, the restaurant, the staff, the space, the rooms - everything was wonderful. We felt very well looked after and cared for, the restaurant much better than we had remembered so much so we ate every meal there during our two night stay. We wish we had stayed longer as believe this hotel not only suits brief stays but long stays. We did struggle with WIFI in our room but settled in the conference centre when needing to work. Phone signal was an issue for us but many other guests seemed not to have a problem so we might have been unlucky. We found out where it worked and then settled into that (we're business owners hence that was a concern for us). The calm and kind staff who were truly wonderful, the beauty and peace from the mountain views made for a wonderful stay for us and we will return. We even believe that it would be cosy and lovely in Winter!

Le lieu est magnifique, la rénovation est plutôt réussie. La vue est incroyable, mais la gestion et le personnel ne sont pas au niveau ! - chambre réservée pour trois : uniquement deux peignoirs - pas de serviette de piscine ni dans la chambre, ni au bord de la piscine. Nous retournons à l’accueil ou l’on nous informe qu’une caution est obligatoire pour avoir une serviette uniquement en cash. (Dans ce genre de lieu, où l’on paye 400euros une chambre + restaurant c’est hallucinant de demander 10 balles en cash pour obtenir une serviette de piscine) nous n’avions pas assez de cash, nous avons donc dû nous contenter de deux serviettes pour trois ! - les serveurs ne sont pas souriant et parlent mal l’anglais. Très très dommage tant le lieu est sublime !

Very nice location, main problem was that the room was very warm. Food was reasonably priced though they wanted a 10 Euro deposit for the pool towel. Inconvenient as I didn’t take any money to the pool.

We booked this property for my (now) wife to get ready in peace on her wedding day, for her bridesmaids to be there at the same time along with photographers, the room we were showed and promised last year was completely different. However the room we received was a shoe box, damp, smelly, staits to the terrace that wouldn’t pass most H&S checks, shabby furniture, peeling paint from the ceiling. The member of staff in reception was unhelpful and refused to find an alternative. As the hotel had a wedding that weekend, what I suspect is that our room was put as a second priority when we’d had the room booked for more than 7 months. Do not use this hotel, unless you are getting married they do not care about you and provide poor customer service. We eventually walked out and had to find another hotel on a Friday at 6:30pm and am yet to hear from the hotel owner or reception in regards to a form of reimbursement or compensation. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Wunderhübsches Hotel in den Bergen
Toller zuvorkommender Service. Wunderschöne Zimmer im antiken Stil. Der Infinitypool mit Blick auf die Berge ist gigantisch. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Fincahotel ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen:)

Totally disappointing and annoying because of cost
The staff were not particularly welcoming. The room decor was dated. Not enough towels for the 3 people staying. Third bed was delivered but not made up. The restaurant food was average. The waiters walked around like prison guards. All in all a case of style over substance. Whilst checking out we were not even asked if we had a pleasant stay. They were just happy to take our money.The only redeeming qualities of the hotel are its setting and the pool. A thoroughly disappointing and sometimes annoying experience.

Rekommenderas varmt!
Ett supertrevligt boende! Vi stortrivdes! Bodde 6 nätter med utgångspunkt för vandringar. Perfekt! Utsökt mat! Lugnt och fridfullt. Två minus - inget wi-fi på rummet och dåligt på terassen där man sa att det fanns fri tillgång. Ingen kvällssol då hotellet ligger mellan två berg (i alla fall i oktober månad). Vi hade boende inklusive halvpension vilket var mycket prisvärt. Toppklass på maten!

Perfect!
If you are seeking a memorable holiday in a luxurious hotel that is relaxed and hospitable, set against an idyllic backdrop of breathtaking mountains; then look no further. The infinity pool area is kept meticulously clean and inviting. The resturant staff are highly attentive but not intruding and the food is exceptionally good and on occasion, beyond that! When I booked this holiday, I hoped for something lovely to enjoy with my family. This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. It was a week of peace and calm perfection out of our ordinarily busy lives.

Sehr schönes Hotel
positiv: wunderschönes, gepflegtes Ambiente (Gebäude, Garten, Zimmer, Tische), herrliches Essen (alles frisch und hausgemacht, viele lokale Produkte, eigenes Olivenöl), sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal kritisch: anfangs kaum bis kein Wasser in der Dusche, nach Reklamation aber sofort repariert, Bad nicht wirklich ,,modern'', eher in die Jahre gekommen, Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr spärlich, Wlan nur im Konferenzraum Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder hin zu fahren

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Das kleine Hotel, welches aus einer alten Ölmühle entstanden ist liegt wunder schön am Tramuntana Gebirges mit Blick auf die Berge. Durch eine gute Straßenanbindung ist man jedoch nach einiegen Minuten in Alaro und in 30 Minuten in Palma. Mit einem Mietwagen ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und würde ich immer raten mit zu buchen. Unser Zimmer fanden wir leider nicht ganz optimal, da es etwas dunkel war.

Mooi gelegen, rustig kleinschalig hotel
Hotel Rural S'Olivaret ligt op een zeer rustige locatie in het Tramuntana berggebied. De hele dag hoor je fluitende vogels en het ruisen van de boombladeren. Rond het hotel beginnen wandelpaden. Het hotel is kleinschalig en ademt een prettige sfeer uit. De inrichting is zeer smaakvol en de kamer was zeer netjes. Ik miste alleen een lekkere zitbank op mijn kamer, maar in de ruime lounges van het hotel kon je ook neerploffen op comfortabele banken om, bijvoorbeeld, een boek te lezen of televisie te kijken.Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en goed. Jammergenoeg was het mooie zwembad niet verwarmd; in mei was het water dus nog behoorlijk koud. De overige (indoor) wellnmessfaciliteiten zijn zeer beperkt. Een piepkleine sauna, een whirlpool en een klein zwembad.
