Buena opción para visitar Palma de Mallorca.
Muy céntrico, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con bañera redonda enorme. Personal muy amable y profesional. Desayuno correcto.

El agua de cortesía hemos añadido a nuestros servicios para tener un detalle cuando los clientes entran en el Purohotel después su viaje y aun no han tenido el tiempo de localizarse en el centro pero seguro que llegan con sed. Los productos del baño se reponen normalmente cada día, lo sentimos que no se ido así. Esperemos que volvéis para mejorar vuestra experiencia! Un saludo. Puroteam

Un hotel muy bonito con una gran ubicación.
Es la cuarta vez que visito este hotel de Palma. Y he visitado otros de la misma cada obtiniendo siempre un alto nivel de satisfacción. Se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona.

I can suggest this hotel. Everything nice and confortable. it's a stilish boutique hotel in the city center. Close to the cathedaral and no far from the port and the sea. Highly reccomanded

All in all very good
All in all everything was very good. The room service was ok and it was a pity, that the lounge furniture upholstery was either not set up or wet. The whirlpool was cold.

Loved the location, in the middle of everything. Very nice rooftopterrace with a view 360 degrees over Palma. Great room.

Stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff
Stylish hotel in central Palma, with helpful friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms but also nice spaces around the hotel to relax in - including the rooftop space. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of variety and changes every day. Plenty of interesting places to go in the area (including to eat and drink). Would definitely recommend.

Great location but didn’t live up to expectation
It is not a bad hotel but it certainly doesn’t live up to the images on various booking sites as a luxury hotel. The location is amazing which is what you are paying for, but the hotel itself is actually quite tired looking and in need of a bit of love and repairs. The hairdryer was barely working, the toilet flush was broken, the room was a bit dusty in places, no full length mirror or anywhere to hang dresses and we were not informed that water was complimentary as it states 5 euros on the mini bar menu. Neither did we realise until the last day that you could order cooked breakfast which was supposedly all included. The Puro beach clubs they eagerly promote has a minimum spend of £90/couple incl sun beds although the shuttle there is free if you book in advance. Most staff were very friendly which helped even if they didn’t give us all or correct information about things. I am very glad we didn’t pay for the most expensive rooms as then we would have been even more disappointed. I would recommend it for the location but personally we would probably not go back.
