Excelente ubicación
Excelente ubicación. Limpio y apropiado costo. Nos tocó una tormenta de nieve, demasiada nieve en el estacionamiento. El personal fue muy atento.

Buen hotel para parar una noche
Nos hemos llevado una grata sorpresa con este hotel. habitaciones amplias y comodas. Cama enorme. El staff del hotel muy correcto y servicial. El desayo fue simple pero adecuado. Jugo, yogurt, bagel con queso y cafe. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme en este hotel

Un buen hotel después de una largo recorrido
La habitación muy grande. Con cafetería, microondas, nevera... Incluso una chimenea. El hotel también tiene jacuzzi. El desayuno típico de bollería, zumo, café y yogures. Muy recomendable.

La habitación correcta pero la recepcionista encargada del desayuno fue un tanto desagradable, abrieron media hora tarde el desayuno lo que retraso nuestra ruta de viaje

The rooms were large, clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, with a nice kitchen area. I would have given them a full “10” rating, except we had a problem with the television. A previous guest had changed everything on the system to “Amazon”, and we could not get to the regular TV channels. The employees and maintenance people tried, but it was too complicated. They were going to have to wait for an ET person to fix it. Sure wish other guests would put things BACK to “regular TV” before they leave! But we would have no problem staying there the next time we come through. My husband LOVED the SPA! Since it was off season, he had the whole spa to himself!

We showed up after hours and our key was ready for us. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The units are very large and very reasonably priced. Super close to Mammoth Mountain. The kitchenette had just what we needed. Wish we stayed longer than 1 night!

The chalet was nice but there was snow/ice all of the walkway to enter. The second shower didn’t work and it was a little noisy with the office being through the door. On a positive, the price was great; location was perfect, there is a lot of space and space for skis/snowboards. Overall it was a nice chalet and despite some negatives, we would stay there again.

Bathroom shower curtains were terribly stinky since it hadn’t been washed for a while. I had to request change of it. Body wash bottle was empty on day 1 so had to request a refill. Housekeeping basic minimum such as change of towel or emptying of trash was requested in the morning and receptionist was complaining even though I did not request a full housekeeping. There is no place to wait for my taxi inside after check out time which is 11am. Receptionist told me she had to lock the office at 11:30 am as she had to leave and so I had to drag my luggage to a coffee shop which is not even nearby. Lack of general convenience or coffee shops around within immediate walking distance

The room was absolutely gross. The room smelled like smoke covered by chemicals. The carpet was so incredibly dirty. Probably has not been updated since the place was built. The bathroom was also gross. Basically everything was dirty and dingy. The heater in the room was definitely original. Kept the room warm but was so old it was most likely dangerous. Just stay somewhere else! You’ll be so sorry if you stay at this place.

The unit, 305, had an awful smell, poorly masked by cleaning chemicals. The door had a major draft, letting cold air in. The hot water never really got hot. The bathroom sink leaked to the floor. The heater in the room had the temperature setting dial broken, unable to adjust the temperature. Overall, just a terrible experience. Only saving grace is the location. The place was dirty. Found clumps of hair on the carpet, probably not vacuumed in between guests.
