I liked that the property was near the town. I didn’t think the property was kept well. The room had handprints everywhere which obviously was cleaned well. It seemed dated for the price. The restaurant in the hotel was awful. The food was terrible, the customer service was terrible, the prices were ridiculous compared to the quality of the food and service. The check in process was terrible. She zipped through everything and left me overwhelmed. I forgot to ask some questions I had. Seemed like she just wanted to get it over with and didn’t care about the customer experience.
