For no older than this motel is, the bathroom floor still had adhesive on the floor from when it was installed. The workmanship in the bathroom was very poor giving way to an unclean appearance. The breakfast was minimal, they had biscuits but no gravy. The staff was very nice.

Really nice I liked the pool a lot. The hotel is like 10min from the fordge and that place has waterfalls and everything and is really nice to hike!

I booked a 1 King size bedroom for 3 people and expected a role away bed in the room. However, the room didn’t have a role away bed and my son who is 5’ 8” couldn’t fit in the length of the sofa. He had to sleep on a tiny sofa and make use of a foot rest to extend the sofa. The hotel manager said that it is an Expedia issue for me to resolve. I am not sure whose issue this is but the room is good for only 2 people and not 3.

We were impressed with the new quality of LaQuinta hotels. We were hesitant at first because it had been decades since we've stayed at one. To our surprise, staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable.

Employee came into room at 730am, scared daughter and wife into a panic. Floors were dirty, bathroom wasn't clean, advertised as a 5 person room then told the corner chair could be slept on. Expedia did nothing to help, this will be my last booking

We got there late and left early the next morning so we don’t know if the WiFi worked well and didn’t check out the common areas of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, parking was easy, and breakfast was adequate.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and made us feel like we had known them our entire lives. The hotel was up to date, clean and accommodating with all of our request. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga and or Nashville because it is located between the two.

The WiFi does not work. Television selection is very limited. The security lock on the room door does not work. Staff seems unable to solve any problems with the room. I would not recommend this hotel and I would be very reluctant to stay at any La Quinta outlets in the future.

The fire alarm went out off night left me and my kids outside all night for three hours no room change room was soaked refused to let us back in it was cold my kids were naked I ran down the stairs scared for my life the lady at the front just yelled at me when I was so scared I got no sleep my daughter has epilepsy the fire alarm light set her off we are sick and now I have to drive back to fl on no sleep bc we left for hurricane. They would even give me a late check out. If ur traveling thru and want to sleep don’t stay here. Many other hotels in area by interstate to choose from. Im still crying so tired and trying to drive and they wouldn’t even refund me or nothing. Im so sad today that happened

Sorry it's a Wyndham property
The hotel is new so everything was quite nice and customer service was excellent but then I noticed it was a Wyndham property and after the shoddy treatment I got at one of their other properties (super 8 in Ticonderoga NY) I decided to NEVER stay at a Wyndham property again so I guess it's the caliber of the people that managed the super 8 but I made a mistake I be more deligent next time

The rooms were nice but the wifi was unreliable and for the most part unavailable and there was no hot water in the morning for showers. Would not stay here again.
