Almost perfect
As other positive reviews have stated, this place was an excellent opportunity to spend time with our family. We used the pool and the hot tub multiple hours every day and we were surprised at how large the pool actually was. One downside was that the pool was on the colder side (we were there during the end of September so obviously the weather had started to get cooler). The owner did let us know that this could be the case because their heater can't keep up with cooler nights, however it was a little frustrating because he told us close to when we arrived. It would be nice to have this clearly stated in the listing and is something to keep in mind if you do decide to stay here in September, especially with little kids. We could tell that it was the end of their booking season as there were a number of things that hadn't been fixed or tended to before our arrival (broken water dispenser on fridge, significant number of outdoor light bulbs burnt out, outdoor speakers didn't work, ceiling fan was out of balance and not usable, grime/buildup on some dishes in cupboards and on kitchen surfaces, in other words in need of a deep cleaning post lots of guests.) Probably the most frustrating of these was the outdoor lighting because it made it near impossible to even see meat on the grill or use the outdoor eating area. We were thankful to have brought some flashlights! Outside of these more minor complaints, the most disappointing thing we encountered was the shockingly poor condition of the spare bedroom mattress. It definitely needs replaced as it has a visible slope to the center of the bed. Despite what the pictures show, just be aware that it is very close to the owners home, as in you will be able to see them coming and going during your stay. Overall we did have a great time and appreciated the owners response when we needed more toilet paper and batteries for the dead roku remotes. We enjoyed the apples they let us pick from the property and the beautiful mountain views. We would definitely consider staying here again as long as some of these things get fixed.

Home needs TLC
The only nice thing about this property was the pool. Other then the pool, the overall home needs lots of TLC. 1. Outdoor BbQ is broken, you need lighter to get it going, the lighter that was provided was empty. 2. Outdoor area needs some clean up/maintenance. 3. The doors to the home don't lock, felt uncomfortable. 4. Bedrooms need new mattresses, very grungy bedding and shag carpet.

Lilia, I'm sorry you did not have as good of an experience as all of our other guests. 1. I would have happily provided you with a new lighter for BBQ. As with most BBQs the ignitors seem to always have problems so for consistency we've decided to just provide the stick lighters for lighting. 2. We do have extensive tile work to do and as you can image we can't do this during the summer with many rentals back to back. 3. The doors do lock, and are very secure. Again this would have been solved with a quick message or phone call. 4. I'm sorry the beds were not up to your caliber. Just so you know we do replace our sheets annually. Also it is not shag carpet, it actually a very nice extra deep twill that is professionally cleaned twice annually. Again, sorry we did not live up to your expectations. Perfect Family Getaway

wonderful stay in lake chelan
We were four adults and a small 6-month infant stayed in this location for a very relaxing, lovely time in this beautiful spot in Manson. It was quite a windy and a cooler week, so we didn't enjoy the outdoor weather and lake as much as we anticipated, but we had a great stay nevertheless. My husband loved the dogs and played with them whenever they would come visit us near the pool. House was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed for cooking! House was very safe for a baby infant to crawl and explore the house. Carl was very communicative with us and answered all questions very promptly and kindly. We'll come back!

It is very quiet here away from the usual but yet very close to some great restaurants and other activities. The pool would be very relaxing in the summer heat.

Zenona I'm sorry your trip didn't live up to your expectations. It was a pleasure having you so early in the year. The house layout and sleeping accomodations are very well spelled out in the VRBO listing as well as information about when and how the pool is heated. Also when you originally booked you only stated that it was for 2 guests. I strive to message our guests with numbers over 6 people at booking to make sure they are comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. Six guests can easily be accommodated in the 3 beds that are provided. I hope you will choose to stay with us again. Thank you Carl

Beautiful secluded oasis!
We all enjoyed our stay here, the location is nicely tucked away and nestled in a cozy area with views of the lake and mountains. Awesome pool and hot tub which even in mid October it felt perfect temperature wise. Definitely booking this one in the future!

The nicest private pool you’ll ever find.
If you want a true family getaway that everyone can enjoy this is the place! The pool was beyond amazing, the location was private for a pool house and the interior was immaculate. Can’t wait to go again next year!

Relaxing Family Vacation
This property is beautiful, my family had a relaxing 5 day vacation and would happily rent this property again. The kitchen has all you need to make your meals, there is a pool, hot tub, tennis court, private dock on the lake, etc. My girls did not want to leave!

Motorcycle getaway
We so enjoyed our three night stay. We grilled, enjoyed our meal outside even though September evenings are cooler. I’d go back in the summer just to sit by the pool. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed, nice linens. Great motorcycle ride over to Leavenworth! Nice location for some day trips on bike.

Perfectly Relaxing
We do our annual trip to Chelan every Labor Day. This place was perfect. Very quiet and beautiful. Pool was amazing for the kids! We pretty much lived outside all day and into the evening every day. Highly recommend.

Switched from the resort life on Lake Chelan a couple of years ago and have never looked back!
We have stayed at Greens Landing now for the last two Summer's and could not be happier with the decision. Carl and his family are great!! The only tough decision every morning is whether to spend the day at the pool or the lake (sometimes both). We got a little tired of the crowded resort life and have never looked back. We could honestly stay at the property the entire week and never leave. We look forward to coming back next Summer and wish the stay was longer. Thanks for a great week and see you next year. Always feels like paradise!
Lake Chelan is our happy place. Our fourth trip to this property and will be coming back. It is a perfect spot to spend time with our (grown) children. They want to come back each year as well. The dock area is a terrific place to relax or float around in the lake. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space by the house can't be beat. The house is well-appointed and has enough room for us to all relax at the end of a sun-filled day. Our hosts are very gracious and we love spending time with their doggies. Our only complaint would be we wished it had one more full bedroom! (maybe a room addition off the side of the patio Carl? :))

Relaxing weekend in the sun
We had a wonderful weekend. The house was perfect and very private. Owner was very helpful with recommendations when needed and very accommodating with our check out, which was greatly appreciated. We would have loved for the pool to be a little warmer, but it is huge and got a lot of use. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Top notch! We will be back. The hot tub was a huge hit with our 2 year old boy! The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the dual head shower felt like being in a 5 star suite! I could go on and on but people should come check this place out for themselves!

Heaven on earth!
The pictures don’t do justice , this place was so amazing, we went in July , and my friends still can’t stop talking about this place today , Carl was awesome , very helpful with any questions! I have to warn you guys about his dogs though , they are super friendly ;) but we loved them . Every time we went down to our private dock , they led us there! Overall all I can say is I’m thankful for Carl and his wife for making this the best place to stay in chelan and making me the coolest dude in front of my friends for taking them to peter pans neverland :)

BEST WEEKEND EVER
This property is unbelievable. Carl, the owner was so kind, as well as the rest of his staff. We had the most amazing stay here and took advantage of everything offered, from the pool, to the lake dock, to the large lawn. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, better staff, or a better time. Amazing weekend and would highly recommend for anyone to stay here if they have the chance!

Worth the wait!!
It really was the perfect week. We have been coming to Lake Chelan for years and have only experienced the resort life. After a weeks stay in Manson at Greens Landing we are now convinced this is the only way to go. The house and location are perfect. The incredible pool / hot tub are steps away from the back door. We spent hours down on the dock fishing and enjoying the lake. Carl and his family are great and make the stay one to remember. I never write reviews and this probably will not do this piece of paradise justice but we are definitely looking forward to returning. Thanks again for an awesome week. The Chaffin family

Always the best time!
This is our third time at this property and my whole family LOVES IT. It has everything you need: lake, dock, pool, hot tub, yard, large kitchen and family room. Not to mention the breathtaking views of this beautiful area. Another thing we really like is the covered area down by the dock as well as having a refrigerator down there to use as well. Family time is #1 in my book and this is the place we all get to enjoy time spent together. If only it had one more bedroom, this house would be a perfect fit for my family. My older son sleeps on the couch instead of the murphy bed due to comfort. (Maybe a new mattress for murphy bed?) But all the other great things keep us coming back. So glad we found this gem at our favorite place in Washington.

Wonderful Manson Home
This home is amazing. I was lucky enough to get married at this venue this summer and couldn't have been more pleased. My family rented the pool house for the week of our wedding and being onsite at such a beautiful venue was the best decision. The house comes with the accommodation of having access to the boat house down below which is an absolute blast. The house itself was wonderful as well. With the pool just steps from the front doors, to plenty of seating and outdoor BBQ you can't go wrong by renting this home. However, I think what makes it one of Chelan's best rentals are the owners. Carl or better known as "Cappy" to the locals and his wife Heidi are the nicest, most down to hearth and caring people. They greet you with smiles every time you drive up the road, they make sure you have everything you need, they even gave my husband and I a wedding gift after getting married on their property. They joined us for a glass of wine the evening of the wedding and I couldn't think of better people to have rented this home from. Sadly, wedding receptions will no longer be taking place here, but we will definitely be back to just rent the home. If you're looking for a fun family get away in an area with amazing views all around, look no further. Call this home for the week - you won't be disappointed. And lastly, make sure you jump off the high dive!

Awesome, as always.
I am afraid to say anything too good or this place will not be available in the future so let's keep it as "it was okay". This is our 6th or 7th year returning with the family and hope to be back again. Anyway, the pools is too cold, the dogs are mean, the dock is too far, the sheets are itchy, the neighbors party too hard and "sky is not cloudy all day"! Bring sunscreen! We love it!

Beautiful property!
Great place and great pool. The only thing I didn't like was the multiple dogs running around, jumping in the pool, on us, and some ran into the home we were staying at. Luckily most everyone of our group were dog lovers. The dock and diving boards down at the lake were fantastic as well.

Paradise!!!
This place is absolutely gorgeous! We had a great time hanging out at the pool, hot tub and down by the lake! The pool is bigger than it looks in pictures and goes up to 10 feet deep on one end. Vacationing here with family will be a memory that we will always treasure!

Previous reviews are spot on! Semi secluded spot with private boat dock and infinity pool yet close to town and shopping. Great friendly hosts that were a hop/skip away if needed and did I mention the pool!? We will definitely be back. Dennis & Rebecca

Relaxing, friendly, and beautiful
Friendly and welcoming owners who are very considerate of your space, but there to help if you need anything. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. We were able to use our Ipod for indoor and outdoor music, Wifi worked well in/outdoors. TV's in each bedroom and a nice large living room for gathering. Lake access is a short walk or drive down to a large boat house and dock. It is a little steep so we drove, but lovely, and private with plenty of room and outdoor furniture. Shortcut to Manson past Blueberry Hill Farm was great, and this is a perfect spot for breakfast, delicious! ( only about 5 minutes from the Pool House). We heard they have a Prime rib French dip for lunch, which we missed but will be back for next year!! Next year we will plan to bring some family, it is a perfect setting for a family gathering! Easy access if disabled, one small step in to the house from the pool area, which we always consider with our older family members, and shaded area outside under a beautiful large tree or the pool house extended roof line. Nice views of the lake from the private deck off the master bedroom.

So beautiful and relaxing.
We had the pleasure of stay at this pool house for four days. This place is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub and having it all to ourselves. The lake is a short distant away and we had fun jumping off the diving boards. We also had a relaxing time playing in the well manicured yard or just sitting on the deck outside of the master bedroom, which has a breathtaking few. This place was just so fun, relaxing, quiet, and beautiful. My family will never forget this place. Thank you Carl.

Beautiful & Peaceful- full of amenities!!
We had an amazing family get a way here at Greens Landing. Its so close, yet so far away from the city. Easy to run into town to grocery shop or stop by many wineries, breweries, cider, cheese and fruit stands. Then head back to the house to grill on the BBQ right next to the pool. Outdoor speakers easily connect to your device to play your tunes. Big pool and hot tub with many fun features. Large grass area to play; Frisbee, catch with a football, baseball etc...Also enjoyed the tennis court and basketball hoop. The view of the mountains, lake and orchards surround the house and keep it peaceful. The house is an open plan with and well stocked. The owners are close by (but far enough away) to help if anything is needed. Very friendly and accommodating. Great place for any occasion. We will definitely be back.
