Tratamiento muy responsable
A la llegada me cambiaron de hotel por corte de agua y me enviaron a cargo de ellos a uno superior. Siempre que viajo a Maputo me hospedo allí. Buen precio, muy buena y responsable atención.

Great central hotel to explore the city! WiFi was okay, air con worked well, room was clean and spacious! Downside… the food was absolutely terrible!

市内観光に便利
空港からの送迎は20ドル程度でした。市内観光は、治安があまり良くないとのことなので、ホテルでタクシーを2時間ほどチャーターし、主張な観光スポットを回りました。80ドルとお高めでしたが、安全第一でと思い、そうしました。鉄道駅周辺は人や車でごったがえしており、一人で歩くには大変だと感じ、タクシーを利用してよかったです。朝食のブッフェも種類豊富で満足です。部屋は2階でした。小さいまどが1か所しかなく、部屋がやや暗いと感じましたが、室内は広く、快適でした。

We had a very nice room to start with but no view so we asked to change this was done without any hassle so very pleased with next room plus view!. Very convenient hotel we could walk to various interesting places. Had taxi to restaurant not far away which was very good. We liked this hotel

Pleasantly surprised
There were some little issues but overall I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is a solid three star. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room was very spacious and well appointed and laundry charges were very acceptable.

Exceeded my expectations... judging from the outside hence I've stayed there more that once. It is safe; and modern in an unpretentious way. The staff are also pleasant and helpful.

Hotel facilities not up to standard
firstly dissapointing for a 3star hotel without a pool and chill out area. The service was extremely slow from reception. The shuttle service is extremely dissapointing. They charge in dollars, there is no such as free shuttle to airport. I had to fight to be transported back to airport at a free cost, which is just about 10 minutes drive

安全・清潔だが・・・
チェックインの時、空室があるのにもかかわらず、窓際に10台以上エアコンの室外機がある暗い部屋にされた。文句を言って2泊目からは道路側の明るい部屋に移ることができた。このホテルは2回目の宿泊であるが、前回も同様の扱いを受けた。
