Puntualmente, y debido a un imprevisto por parte de nuestro proveedor, no se pudo efectuar el servicio solicitado. Lamentamos nuestra falta de diligencia por no comunicarle en tiempo y forma la imposibilidad de acometer el servicio solicitado. Este hecho puntual está muy lejos de nuestros estándares de cumplimiento, ha sido un error humano puntual por el que le reiteramos nuestras disculpas.
