Una observación
Saludos, al llegar a una estadía a un hotel,uno espera cordialidad, la persona que me atendió fue muy serio, le pregunté si tenían café disponible en ese momento que llegué y tardó en decirme, el café frío, no me dijo que había desayuno en la mañana. De lo demás todo muy bueno, limpio el cuarto , sólo deberían tener cafetera en los cuartos. El desayuno bien completo,y muy rico, en el check out me atendió una mujer muy amable y simpática, diferente al del check in. Lo recomiendo muy buena mi estadía, viajo dos meses al año por esa área y pienso volver en mis otras estadías. Gracias

Facility is showing its age. Electrical outlets, near the sink, did not work; hair in one of the bathtubs; one of the air conditioners was frozen up, so it wasn’t cooling; once it was allowed to defrost, it worked. Rm. 112 actually had a damp odor. Have to say I missed the little amenities, like shampoo and a working hair dryer in the room. I didn’t bring my own thinking one would be there, live and learn. Overall our stay was good, able to visit with family members who live far apart. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a ZERO. Room smelled of smoke, beds visibly dirty with hair on them, noisy outside, dirty walkway and stairs. Don’t stay here.

I would love for someone to contact me. I am disappointed with Expedia and Wyndham because they have their names linked to this property. Expedia should full refund me because this place should property should be condemned. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Roaches and standing water in rooms. I was there with a family member last will wish to visit Florida caverns.

The staff was friendly enough. The room was in need of some TLC. The bathtub was dirty I'm not sure if it was dirt or staining bathtub ring but I didn't use it because of that. The breakfast was not as advertised. It had no juice, waffle maker, fruit or muffins. On the bright side there were no bugs that I saw.

Baymont of Wyndham Marianna offers a new dimension to the word "filthy." The linens and towels were covered in some type of mildew or mold and were horribly stained. Fleas/bed bugs or some type of biting insect in the sheets, black mold in the tub, nasty stench in room...only stay at this motel if you feel that you must endure some type of penitential activity.

We ask for a no smoking room and it smelled like smoke in it. Smoke smell was not to bad but you could tell. I did find out the bath fan was letting smoke in from other rooms, so we ran the fan all the time. The room was nice for the price, you could tell they where cleaning up the property a little at a time. The room was nice and staff where nice.

Very good for a low cost hotel. Have a parking lot for medium truck. The cleaner is good. The bed is good.. I recommend it for a night on Trip.

This property is very old and not in good shape. My husband and I checked in and were there an hour before we left and found another place to stay. The sink/tub/toiletpaper hardware was falling apart. When we turned on the shower the backwash that came up from the drain was dirty and the tub wouldn’t drain. We were in town for a wedding and had also booked a separate room for our son who refused to stay here too. Thankfully we were able to find another room at a hotel much cleaner and nicer.

Very old and in poor condition. Bed linens were old and showed they had been very used. Stains and holes in bed covers. Smell in the room was like the smell of a dirty floor mop. I could not use the bed so I had to get a blanket from my car and lay on top of that. The only thing that was positive was the young man on the front desk in the morning.

You get what you pay for. Although we were only there to get some sleep, there were 3 of us, but there were only 2 towels, and one of those was dirty. The buttons on the tv remote did not work. I called the desk and they immediately got us 3 sets of towels. No luck with the tv, though. But for the price, I guess it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Very old and unclean. Fixtures in bathroom were falling off - sink, tub, toilet paper holder. Tub and sink wouldn’t drain and “backwash” was coming up from drain. My husband and I were in town for a wedding and in less than an hour after checking in, left to find another hotel. We tried securing a refund since we literally booked the hotel 20 min before checking in and then notified them within an hour that we weren’t staying but they would not refund us. We found a much nicer and cleaner place to stay. You get what you pay for!!

This is an older building and it shows, but everything was clean. The staff were great! I would stay here again.

Stains on sheets, fridge was covered in rust, German roaches in the room. When I complained and asked for a diff room they said they didn’t have one and that it was Florida. There are roaches in FL & hung up on me. As soon as they hung up on me they instantly called the room phone and said that there was noise complaint and that if I check out I would not get any money back. Thieves and liars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You get what you pay for.
Loose plumbing, doors that don't open properly, ice machine gives 5 cubes per minute, slow drain in sink, and woman in parking lot in bathrobe coming from adjacent motel with a "friend" in tow. Really about what you expect for this price. Not too bad for a one night stay. Can't believe that this place has political signs out front. Should never have stayed there for that reason alone.

We stay in a room that is marked and priced as sweet with jacuzzi tub… well, jacuzzi jets wore very dirty looking and didn’t even turn on. We had some soap and some shampoo, but it was for one person- so tiny amount. Then in a morning after shower discovered that hair dryer don’t even turn on. Room didn’t look clean, linen all worn out to almost nothing. We strip the bed in a morning, found out dirty pillows and one didn’t even look like belong to hotel.

Horrible. Beds were made but once the covers were pulled open the sheets were very visibly used and stained and not just slightly. Stripped both and went to the lobby with them in hand to request clean linens. No gym, toothpaste, hot breakfast or any services…even though the signs all said these items were available. Front desk was very unavailable or even vocal. Door to room was locked with a one inch gap showing the outdoors.
