Çatı katı yazın çok sıcak. Yataklar çok yumuşak. Tek gecelik konaklama için idare eder ama fazlası yorar. Havuzu temiz görünmüyordu. Çevresinde araç için park sorunu var.

Good points: staff were friendly and kind even though they don't always smile they are prompt to correct anything that has gone wrong. the property is clean, nice and friendly/funny dog Sushi. location was excellent for walking to most places - the bazaar, old town, shops, bars, clubs, marina and beach Bad points; condition of the rooms was not good, bathroom ceiling paint peeling and falling down, damp and musty/mould on ceiling. Shower head not fixed to the wall. Bedroom only one AC in and it blows directly onto the bed so you either freeze or you overheat. we ended up with a sore throat from the AC and my children sleeping in the living room were overheating at night. my friends room had bedbugs and so they had to move room which owner did promptly and got the rooms fumigated the next day. Kitchen very basic no microwave only one massive pot and a camping stove with two hobs. Not ideal if you have children no possibility to heat food and baby milk. room furniture also very bland. in the property no lift and we were on the 3rd floor. not good if you have small children, heavy luggage or coming back from a long walk and a night out. last thing you want to do is navigate all those stairs. Breakfast was Turkish as stated in the description. so you must be aware that Turkish breakfast is a boiled egg, salami, olives, bread and cheese with Turkish tea. we thought it was the same as continental with pastries but it is not. It was ok. for the price it is ok value for money.

My family and I (3 of us) had a great time in this aparthotel. We had two large rooms, with a balcony, AC and cooking facilities. We also got a delicious breakfast. There is a pool and basic gym facilities in this hotel too. The location is excellent and walking distance to all the major attractions, city centre, shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money. I don’t understand why some people having given it a low rating. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Нам в целом всё понравилось. Хороший завтрак (два вида хлопьев, молоко, чай, кофе, йогурт, два вида яиц, три вида сыра, два вида оливок, хлеб, масло, джемы , мед). Хороший бассейн. В номере все работает исправно, единственное, старая мебель, но это не мешает. Из минусов - очень слабый напор воды в душе. Хороший вай фай. Хорошее расположение отеля.

That property is so close to the city center with many restaurants and shops all around. The property has some disadvantages like no safe or no coffee machine any where or even at breakfast. The breakfast is reputable, everyday the same simple food.

Haşereler hariç güzel bir konaklamaydı..
Yazın konakladığımız bu oteli konumu dolayısıyla tercih ettik. Her yere ulaşım rahattı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı idare ederdi. Tam bir fiyat/performans oteli idi. Ancak hamamböceklerine fobim olması nedeni ile benim için korkunç bir deneyime dönüştü. Çünkü yatağın altında balkonda balkon kenarında yeni giriş yaptığımızda haşere ölüsü bulunmaktaydı.. Temizlik açısından bu konuya özen gösterilmeli. Onun haricinde temizdi. Görevlinin bizi kedileri beslememize karşı uyarması ve kedileri kovalaması da hayvansever bir uslup değildi.Konaklamanın son gününde arkadaşım zehirlendi ancak bunun otelden kaynaklanıp kaynaklanmadığını tespit edemedik.Bu nedenle karalamak istemem.

Poor hotel
Poorly managed hotel with old and neglected rooms. I booked a room with double bed but was given twin beds. My check-in took quite long. All staffs are quite unfriendly. Never recommend this place.

App üzerinden 218 TL ye aldığımız odaya kapıda 500 TL istemeleri manidar. Tesisin acilen baştan aşağıya tadilata ihtiyacı var. Kahvaltı Saat 10 ' a kadar olmasına rağmen biten ( Mesela peynir veya menemen ) ilave edilmiyor. Bir dahamı...? Kesinlikle Hayır

Fiyatla kıyaslandığında uygun bir otel
Olumlu yönler: Konumu çok iyi. Marinaya barlar sokağına yeme içme alalarına ve merkeze yürüme mesafesi sadece birkaç dakika. Her gün gayet güzel temizlik yapılması. Personelin, hele hele kahvaltı servisi ile ilgilenen hanımın çok güler yüzlü olması. Olumsuz yönleri: kahvaltının yetersiz oluşu. Klimanın gürültülü çalışması. Otelin kendine ait otoparkının olmayıp araçların sokağa park edilmesi ve genellikle araca yer bulunamaması. İki odalı dairelerde odanın birinde klima olmayışı. Binanın ve eşyaların genel olarak eski oluşu. Ancak tüm olumsuz yönlerine rağmen fiyatla kıyaslandığında kalmak için uygun bir otel. Özellikle aileler için ortam çok uygun.
