Overnight stay was fine. The staff was super helpful. We forgot detergent to clean baby bottles and they were very accommodating to find some for us.

I don't know why it is so, but if you are handicapped, HI puts you in a room farthest from the elevator or lobby as possible. No exception here. So if, like me, you are mobility-challenged, you get your exercise getting to your room. Other issues: the handicapped bathroom had no toilet paper holder, which made clean up interesting. And the base of the shower stall had a gapping hole big enough for a large mouse. Didn't see any, thankfully. Also, no hook to hang clothes or a robe. Just limited sink space for a toothbrush and, somehow, a change of clothes. On the other end of the spectrum, the employees were all nice, respectful and helpful. For breakfast, you need to ask for many things. So if you want instant oatmeal that has to be microwaved, you will quickly notice there is no microwave in the breakfast room. Ask an employee to do it. If you don't see what you want, ask. I saw only blueberry bagels and no cream cheese. So I asked a worker for a plain bagel and cream cheese and received both. As for the rest of the breakfast food, unless you're one of the first there, skip the cheese omelets as they're left to sit in a "warming" pan by the dozen and lose flavor. And the sausage links are a touch greasy, so choose wisely. Biscuits and gravy are the breakfast "go to" in WV. But when I'm in WV I go to Tudor's for that. Skip it here. On the plus side, the dry cereal was good and there is a decent choice of yogurts.

Modern updated, comfortable
The hotel was perfectly situated near I 81. It was modern, clean, spacious and had a restaurant on site. The room was perfect with comfortable beds, pillows etc. the rooms heater unit was quiet and not moldy. Even though there were dogs staying at the hotel you would not know it. If we lived closer, I would go there for a quick getaway spot. Staff was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was great. We stayed at several hotels on this trip, the Hilton was by far the best, and economical too!

The hotel is very well kept and clean and majority of the staff were great. The things I didn't like was a car alarm in the hotel lot went off all night into the early morning keeping me from getting any sleep. The morning manager never asked how my stay was or apologize for my inconvenience the only she said when I checked out was asking me if I needed my receipt and nothing more.

Convenient, clean & comfortable stay, right off Rt. 81. Front desk staff was helpful & friendly. Many dining options within an easy walk, though mainly chain restaurants. Dinner option is available at the hotel but it’s one appetizer & one entree. Nice bar area. The only improvement would be to include a grab & go coffee & breakfast in the price of the room. Would def stay here, again, on our next trip.
