Súper convenient place to stay that is an easy two block walk from the airport with luggage and all. Very clean, with nice gym, pool, lobby area. Rooms were comfy and spacious. I think the only thing I did not like were the hallway rugs but it seems like the only one thing they need to upgrade. I would definitely stay there again if I had to stay near the Medford airport. Good breakfast options too and super friendly staff!

The property was very nice, it was so clean. The room was great. The staff was so friendly and kind. Their gym was great and had a lot of equipment. The location was perfect, it is in a quiet area, but also it's not far away from stores and restaurants. We were so happy with our experience, we will definitely be going back there whenever we go to Medford again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is very big and it's 2 double beds, a sofa and a trundle bed and so a family of 4 can actually sleep separately. The facility is new and clean and the breakfast included is way above average for the room rate

We are so glad to see that your family enjoyed your stay with us. Yes, our rooms with two queen beds also have a sofa that doubles as a day bed, but a pull-out bed from underneath it. Our rooms are about 25% larger compared to your average hotel room, so you get the extra square footage. We look forward to seeing you again.

Room and staff were prefect. The free breakfast left a little to be desired. Decaf coffee was coffee colored water. Bacon and eggs were inedible. No waffle/pancake batter. Not special at all, but it was included free and not what i need in an overnight stay. Room was 5 of 5. Immaculate, clean. Very good value. Will not hesitate to stay again

Our Coffee options are brand standards set by Marriott, but I will check with our Breakfast staff to ensure that the coffee is made with the proper quantity of grinds. Our bacon and egg products are also brand standards and I will look into staff properly preparing them. Hopefully you will have a much better experience with our breakfast during your next stay. Was very clean, everywhere! The lobby had a terrible smell but I think it was food from the ladies playing cards at 2 tables. I love the rooms here, so spacious. Having a fridge and desk, with a pull out couch is so nice. I forgot that this location doesn't have the hot tub, its the other one further south that does. Quiet rooms were great. Bed was too firm unfortunately. Disappointed in the breakfast... no waffles and we don't eat sausage, which seemed to be the only meat available. It was nice they had topping options for the oatmeal. The lobby was absolutely packed. Plenty of parking and felt safe. We like this hotel alot. Close to the freeway and airport. Has a printer if you need it.

This hotel is very nice, the room was clean and spacious. The only complaints would be the stomping from the upstairs guests and opening and closing the doors at night were extremely loud.

Was terribly disappointed in this stay. Had a problem with the lack of housekeeping. I reported it twice to front desk over a 5 day stay. Room was never cleaned or serviced in the 5 days. Front desk never followed up. I asked to speak to the manager upon check, said he would check into it. Not happy at all.
