De noche no hay personal. Había basura en el corredor que de noche no había personal de limpieza que para retirarla. Se rompió la instalación eléctrica del cuarto, nos quedamos sin TV, y de noche nadie de mantenimiento podía repararlo.

Personal de recepción muy amable y eficiente. Hotel un poco viejo y con necesidad de unas mejoras. Habitación muy oscura (ventanas hacia un patio interior sin luz) y limpieza mejorable. En general bastante bien pero hay opciones con mejor relación calidad-precio.

Buena ubicación en Melbourne, cuando nos hospedamos la encargada del lugar tenía muy mala actitud y le hablaba mal a otros empleados lo que hace que sea incomodo estar con ella, pero el lugar ok

Loved the location. Restaurant was basic but nice! Room was clean and not too tiny but enough for a one night. Easy to access and locate, plenty around and very central. Definitely recommend. Smelt really lovely!

We do NOT recommend this hotel. The staff were very unfriendly and inefficient. The receptionist was the rudest people I have met in my entire trip in the friendly country of Australia. Moreover, there isn’t a self-check out box that allows people to drop their access cards. Long queues all the time. Make sure you leave enough time if you are in a hurry. Also, the hotel location is really bad. It is 30 minutes away from the drop off location of the airport sky bus, which appeared to be the only public transportation from the airport. Even the closest tram station required a 15-minute walk (with heavy suitcases), and there was only a tram once every 20 minutes. Rooms are not small but very noisy. We could hear the sound of coffee cups and spoons from the room next door every morning. I was expecting more from the Ibis group but this is just disappointing.

All the corridors were were quite filthy as was the motel in general, rooms were like being in a cave due to being surrounded by high rises to the point that window blinds had to be kept shut for privacy. There breakfast was just okay with food all being cold. Staff were friendly

Based on the price paid I was very impressed with the quality, size and cleanliness. It was a very short stay <10hrs but it worked well for my needs and I would be happy to book this hotel again.

The property was unappealing and lacked customer service. The staff was unhelpful and disorganised. Upon check out we were asked to pay for one of the rooms already paid for at the time of check in. Water and basic amenities were lacking. No shampoo even in the bathrooms.

The property was in my budget and easy to access from transport. It was also close to the Queen Victorian Market. Breakfast was available if you wanted or I could stroll to the Queen Victoria Market for breakfast.

Es hat allen Komfort, den man sich von einem Ibis wünscht: 24 Std Rezeption mit sehr nettem Personal, dass immer hilft. Gepäckaufbewahrung, Parkhaus (35 AUS die Nacht günstig bei der Lage), Safe, Waschmaschine und Trocknet auf 3 Etagen. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und praktisch. Und die direkte Lage am Victoria-Market ist perfekt (auch für ein schnelles Frühstück).

Very conveniently located. Staff very helpful. Room neat and tidy. Has all necessary amenities. If you want a decent hotel but looking to save money on luxuries then Ibis is perfect. Arrived back after long days of touring to comfortable bed. Little bit noisy but otherwise perfect for the budget traveller.

Good value for money, but there was only 1 bin in the room, the window was not able to be opened, so no fresh air and the cupboard was too short to hang a dress. Pretty standard things a hotel room should offer.

Overall the room was clean and tidy, few small things could of made our stay better like 3 people need more then 2 towels, the hair and body wash in the shower on the wall was empty.

The property looks tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is really good and its easy to get around to the city centre.

Great staff! Lovely and very helpful! The staff really made our stay great! Thanks to the amazing team. Would be great if the room had a microwave but just small inconvenience compared to the overall experience!
