No me gusto el cuarto, muy mal distribuido, el agua de la regadera empapaba todo el baño, poca luz en el Baño, tuvimos que pedir dos llaves más para la habitación, la reserva era para 3 personas, no hicieron la habitación el domingo, no había espacio en el Baño para poner toallas. Un mini bote de basura, en el baño, cero práctico está Bien ubicado, seguro hay mejores a la redonda.

Un departamento completo cerca de la estación
El departamento tiene todo lo necesario: cocina, cama cómoda, escritorio para trabajar. La habitación es súper espaciosa! Lo que está un poco mal pensado es el baño, que es muy chico y está pegado a la cama. Para hacer el check in fueron un poco lentos, y tardaron bastante en preparar la habitación. Pero en líneas generales estuvo todo bien! Lo recomiendo para estar cerca de la estación Southern Cross.

Hotel bien ubicada y de fácil acceso
Baño es poco independiente por ser mal aislado. En entrada principal no hay rampa de subida para acarrear equipaje hasta ascensor, que está varios peldaños más arriba.

Check in was not fun, no smiles or chatter from the staff member Zee. Not clean and broken shelves and tiles. Tiny closet of a bathroom and complimentary coffee pods had broken seales. Nemthi was great on check out, very lovely and pleasant to deal with.

Centrally located. Some stairs to enter the building so recommend using entrance via wheelchair entrance a few metres down the road if have large luggage or issues with stairs. Rooms overlooking the back alley are nice but a little dark, and later in the week have noise from the bar next door. Would recommend for short stays

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert. It's in a great location in a quieter section of the city. It's a very walkable distance to lots of places. The room itself is very spacious. They could have made the bathrooms a bit bigger as there isn't much room to place clothes or towels - let alone makeup and skin care. The glass partition didn't offer much in terms of privacy but I guess if you were to share a room with someone, then it's not too big of a deal. The front desk staff did give us cute little friendship bracelet kits for the concert which was thoughtful and nice. Great 2 nights stay!

Not only was my room opposite the laundry- employees coming and going each morning, slamming the door and talking to each other like they were deaf, but an inconsiderate guest 2 doors down thought it was fine at 8am to play his guitar with amplifier on full. I couldnt hear the TV let alone hear myself think. When I knocked on the door I copped a barrage of abuse. Fun times- never again!

The check in was very ordinary. A group of water polo girls were checking in at the same time. It was terrible. Surely you knew they were coming and you would have been ready for them. It was a mess and a queue formed while staff tried to work out where you were going to put all these girls. Not a good start.

Stayed here a few times, but this time round we had the rooftop apartment with an uncomfortable bed. It felt like we were lying on bricks. Overall result besides the bed, it was good to stay in a hotel that we were familiar with.

We stayed previously at this Motel and were even given an upgrade to a view of the Main Street. We know how noisy this could be but excepted the upgrade to a larger room. Later in the week we booked a room again and booked a non viewing room. For less noise. After checking in late we were tired from all the driving the room given was a room with a back view. The view wasn’t the problem the noise was until Midnight. There was a cafe restaurant in the below alley with music. Not that we don’t enjoy this It echoed between the buildings until close. The unit was not in good shape. The lap holder in the shower was broken and has tried to be fixed with silicone, not successfully. There was also no shelf to put your accessories on top of the bathroom sink. There were holes there where one was before. If you want to watch tv don’t, you will end up with a crooked neck as the tv is in a crazy place for viewing We have stayed in the same property’s before with no problems. Not sure whether I’ll come back to this one next visit

Very friendly and helpful staff Very convenient location In need of some repairs to kitchen drawers and leaking water from air conditioning unit which I reported so hopefully will be repaired very quickly.

Location & staff were good. Executive King Room with Kitchen & balcony disappointed. Kitchen had 1 small saucepan, No frying pan or toaster, NO sink plug. Balcony was pressed metal flooring, mesh balustrade, no outdoor furniture. Bathroom had no Vanity just a tiny handbasin which filled & drained v.slowly, toilet cistern was noisy with faulty valve, water kept running. Room was overly noisy at night with no soundproofing. Only 1 bedside lamp beside King bed. Dollar value was expensive with no room servicing and especially with no towel exchange unless requested.
