The property was very dirty and the overall room was less than fresh. I don't think the room has been cleaned properly in a very long time. The guy at the desk who checked me in was friendly tho.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Weve stayed here numerous times and the rooms are always clean. Safe and quiet. Never had any problems. Everytime we come to West Memphis, this is where we will stay. Excellent prices!!!!

I didn't like anything about it. The room was traumatic. I will never forget about the amount of burgers in the room. It was like a nose exploded. I could not use refrigerator because I thought I might get a disease from the door. The shower has never been cleaned since the hotel was build. You would blade and scrape off the scum. I know it sounds disgusting but that was literally how it was.

It was ok for the price. It wasnt run-down or dirty, but it could have used some paint touch ups and minor repairs like towel bars that were broken and light covers replaced. But cant really complain. For New Years Eve it was only $45 for a double room. I'd come back.

This place is terrible. Walked in to our “non-smoking” room that was clearly smoked in a lot, the smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling with exposed wiring. There was mold in the bathroom as well as cracks/hole in the ceiling. The sheets were stained and there was dust and dirt caked around doorways and the beds. Do not stay here. They also will not refund you. We were in the room for 45 minutes and they refused to refund us.

The one positive thing I’ll say about this hotel is that they actually do have daily maid service without you having to ask, which is not standard for hotels anymore. This place was dirty, unsafe, and the wifi does not work.

You get what you pay for.
It was ok. Its cheap and gets the job done. I was only there to sleep, while in town for and interview. Wasnt the prettiest. There was stwins on the walls and bathroom was beat up. Toilet leaked. Curtain was broken. Saw roaches. Couch was pretty beat up and dirty.

Cheap for a reason
Older hotel and it shows. Paint was peeling on ceiling in room. Limited plugs for devices. Ice machine was broken.
The good... larger LED TV, small refrigerator (though old), and small microwave. It also is just over the border into Arkansas and real close and easy access to I-40 with Love's truck stop close by.
Also they do long term rental of rooms besides the nightly guests.

Staying on way in and out of Olive Branch
Our first night there we actually had to go back to our truck for an extension cord, because the only bed convenient power socket in the room was controlled by the door light switch. I use a CPAP and without an extension cord would have had to sleep with the light on. Had to move the desk to have access to an outlet for my computer.
On the way out ended up needing an extra night. Was told on the phone by day shift it would not be an issue to ask when I got there, the person on night shift said I needed to change the reservation but it was too late to have done it online. So there was a hassle but finally got it handled.
