I liked staying with Hampton Inns, but this stay was horrible. It was like staying in a motel room, but paying a 5 star hotel price. I reserved two rooms, but the front desk could not find my reservation for one of them. I asked why one room had no closets? I was told that the Hotel was remodeled and that's the way the rooms are. In reality, I was in handicapped room and was not told that at the front desk. Our bed had BED-BUGS and I was bitted multiple times. The price of the rooms increased substantially over the four day period, from $140 to an increased of over $200 per night and we were not informed of this.
The staff was unprofessional in my opinion. One positive note was that the breakfast was good, but the seating was limited.
