I did like the are and the convenience of the location. The walls are a little thin when it comes to the noise but other than that everything was perfect.

The pool was out of service and that information wasn’t disclosed at all! My granddaughter and I was heavenly disappointed and it ruined our stay!

I apologize for the pool being closed, but on our website is does state the pool opens each season on memorial day, if the local health department inspects the pool and certifies it is safe for use. We are on track for a memorial day opening.

I noticed that the bedsheet was unclean. You have to pay for the parking.

The bed sheets are changed with new bedsheets that have been washed in our laundry for each new guest that occupies a room and you do not have to pay for parking at our location. You obviously have us mixed up with another hyatt property.

When I arrived the property I had two rooms reserved and one room someone was already in it when we went in and then they put me in another and it was not what I paid for so I was very unhappy happy with that

We apologize for the room type issue and error on overbooking that room type. We strive not to do that but sometimes due to guest staying over or reservation system issues it does happen.

I specifically wanted a hotel that was clean and affordable as we were just staying over night on a road trip. It met the criteria. Front desk fuy was friendly and helpful. Id stay here again.

I apologize that you felt the room is small. Our rooms are much larger than most hotel rooms in our category. Our shower area is some what small but the room space is maximized.

My family and I, stayed here for 3 nights. I purchased 2 rooms. For starters, the area was nice and the parking lot was well lit. As far as the hotel, the rooms were clean. Each room had a queen bed and a king sized sofa sleeper! I really wasn't expecting that! The sheets were clean. The hotel was quite, in the hallways and lobby area. The only two things that I didn't like, is that the room did not have a microwave. However, there is a microwave downstairs in the lobby. Also, the shower is nice and hot, pressure is great, but that glass used to keep the water in, is horrible! Please make sure to pull the glass forward or there will be water ALL OVER the bathroom floor and possibly the room floor, if you do not see it. Hyatt please figure out something better, for keeping the water in the stall. In my kids room, they later figured out that this was the reason the floor was damp, when we first arrived. Breakfast was NICE! It was a hot and good continental breakfast, with multiple options. I most definitely recommend this hotel!

Thank you for the great feedback. We are hoping to have a full glass shower door replaced during next renovation. The was a modern design and although not functional is very expensive to change. Hyatt Places as a whole do not have microwaves in the rooms, but as you mentioned there is a community microwave available 24/7 in the lobby. We hope you will come stay with us again when you are in the area.

This property used to be really nice. Unfortunately, there was a hole in my ottoman and I almost fell on the carpet that was cut and moving around as I walked in. I was switched to another room and that one had a funny smell. I didn’t worry about it because it was 11pm . I was highly disappointed and annoyed.

I apologize for the issues you encountered. I will evaluate the carpet issue and replace if needed. Ottoman will be discarded if damaged.We hope to soon be doing a full renovation and the building will be fully restored.

We were due for a renovation the year covid came upon us. Due to major shortfall in revenue that year and very slow recovery our Renovation has been delayed a few years. We hope this year or possibly next. Thank you for your feedback and we will address this concern.

The rooms only have showers and it does not close so water goes everywhere including soaking the carpet in the bedroom area causing mold. Fixtures fall apart. Ac unit right next to bed loud and cold.

I apologize your staye was not as expected. We are working on the AC to try and reduce the sound level. However the shower is the design of the building and may or may not be rectified during our renovation.

A bit rundown facility. Noisy AC, light near washing basin is not reliable - gfci needs to be reset every time . Location is good, though. Stuff is helpful and breakfast is fine.
