Hotel mal oliente y mal servicio
Terrible el mal olor De los pasillos, elevador y baño de la habitación, pedí limpieza al cuarto y no lo hicieron, había un cabello en la bañera cuando entré y una envoltura de dulce en la alfombra a un lado de la cama. Mal servicio, cuarto sucio

The only positive things I can say….The shower worked, the sink worked and the toilet flushed. As far as clean, safe, tidy, comfortable, updated, those are not applicable. Only 1 elevator, no lock on our door, no chair, lamps broken and 1 held up with scotch tape, A/C had something in the vents, hair all over the bathroom, burn hole in the sheets, no functional ice machines, I could keep going….

It was very very nasty it had a bad smell also the room condition was very poor no towels and toilet paper and the room door was giving problems with the keys because the door had been kicked in before the door handle and latch was broken and no good hospitality at all

Property is truly in need of an update asap. The AFAM lady at the front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate any issue we experienced. Out door looked like it had been busted in and you can literally see through the cracks. This is a BUDGET hotel.

Horrible. Never had breakfast like they said, broken facilities and the manager was rude and didn't care for anyone. Avoid this place.

Staff was very rude. Loud people next to us all nite blaring music left a day early because I was not happy with our stay at all. Doors didn’t lock and key card never worked had to get a new one each time to get into my room. It smelled funny also. Bathtub was dirty. Overall not happy

I suggest that you ask to see the room before you pay. When I walked into the lobby the paint was chipping everywhere. The rooms paint is chipping also and there are stains all over the carpet and blinds

I had to walk to the desk 8 times my kid didn't work they had to change me from wrong wrong to another room on the 4 floor from the 2nd floor Hey I gave my room to somebody else they were very rude at the elevator that had chicken bones and French brides island floor going down the first hallway to the office it was throw up in a corner then the next morning when I woke up it was 2 roaches in the bathroom 8 people is very unprofessional

Property definitely needs updating of common areas, replace carpets and printing. Not a good representation of the brand. Price was good. Would probably not stay there again.

This place is completely run down, water damage, peeling paint, and a general stench of smoke and weed throughout the building. Walking in the building half the lights don’t work or flicker, true horror story. The walls were so thin we could hear the people in the next room playing video games. Cops showed up as we were leaving to deal with some kind of altercation at the front. Go to the Hyatt Place next door instead.

This is a property that I have stayed in a couple of times over the last several years. It has taken an unfortunate turn for the worst. The room smelled like a cigarette party. I actually took pictures of ashes on the bed frame of the mattress it was a double room. I have pics ofa comforter with a cigarette hole burn through it. The entire hotel smells of weed and cigarettes and mildew. Missing knobs from doors and drawers in rooms

Horrible. Do not stay here. The entrance is shabby and muddy. The elevator is ricketty. The floor in the room, INCLUDING the carpet, was sticky. The towel rack completely fell apart when I touched it. The fire alarm was pulled out of the wall and the red light on (= very unsafe). The first room, we couldn't get in the door. The clerk did not seem surprised, as if anything could happen there. He did not apologize.

This hotel was the WORST. I have ever stayed in Do not be fooled at the pictures they show of the property. It looks nothing LIKE IT! It was a bullet hole on the wall..addicts all around the facility...throw up in the elavator! My room smelled like pee very strong odor I can hear my neighbors arguing! The staff was very rude told me i needed to hush after i told him the room was unacceptable! Please do not stay here it should be shut down! ITS SOO BAD

The clerk was on the phone speaking to someone in a different language this is very disrespectful. Then someone was smoking in their room and the alarm went off he did not know what to do!

Stains on furniture as soon as you walk in the hotel.. Hotel looks old and dirty.. Elevator broke... hallway smelled like Marijuana 😡 Room bed and wash cloth has hair all over the place.. Bench at the end of bed has 1000 stains on it.. Door broken.. Cable is not HD. This place is disgusting.. I will NEVER stay here again.

If of all the door on our room was damaged and we couldn’t get in our room and had to get new keys 3 times. The bathroom door had no knobs on it so if you closed it you couldn’t get out. There was only 1 elevator working so I had to walk further than I needed to with 1 lung. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor had to go to the 3rd floor. The back door was always blocked so people who smoked could get back in. The toilet seat wasn’t put in so it moved every time.

Never ever!
Room was dirty. Never attempted to clean it. Never checked in. I would like a refund. This girl needs to be shut down. The customer service was horrible. Such a lack of empathy that it was a shame.

The Indian gentlemen checking us in is a Moran!! We made our reservation on line but he couldn't figure out how to check us in.,There's 15 guys on a sports team-the coach was complaining about the rooms being durty,dump..they rented 15 rooms at 4,000
