Doble cargo de la noche en la tarjeta de crédito
Pagamos la noche de hotel al hacer el check out pero después de 3 semanas todavía tenemos bloqueada en la tarjeta de crédito esa misma noche + el depósito que piden. Hemos hablado con ellos un par de veces y aún estamos a la espera; nos comentan que no encuentran nuestra reserva. Lamentable!!

Decent hotel, friendly staff, and close to freeway for an easy travel stop. Fast food was the only walkable choice for dinner. Our room needs an update: main and bathroom doors won’t close without force, bathroom hooks fall off, mattress old, TV screen has image burn, and the furniture is worn and dated.

Our room had a fire alarm go off. We didn't hear it, but they called to enter the room once we left. This should have been taken care of it appears the alarm was faulty and the hotel knew it was an issue. The carpets in our room felt dirty and sticky. The jets in the tub were broken. Only one was bubbling. Would have liked to pay a bit less for all these issues. Staff was great. hotel seemed to have a smell when you enter in certain areas. We went and bought room freshener just so that we could breathe.

The hotel was very dirty, amenities not working. Carpet in room dirty, doors and exits were not properly working. Elevator was broken and un operational throughout the stay. Ants crawling on table tops coming through the walls. Leaking air conditioning, wetting the carpet making it smell moldy and wet. And the front desk staff was terrible. I as on thier cellphones while speaking to you, and making you wait as they finish thier personal call. I had a key waiting for my friend at the front desk, i gave the front desk staff my guests name and the front desk girl said “nobody told me you were coming” very unprofessional. Complimentary breakfast was minimal and sausage tasted like soap. I do not recommend this hotel. I expect more from hamptons inn.

Disappointed In the quality of this hotel. The hotel pool was empty and not available to use during our stay. A lot of people in our group were very disappointed because there really isn’t anything else to do in the area. The rooms had a bad smell to them. There was a water leak on our floor. Water dripping from the ceiling in the hallway and the carpet was wet and squishy which I found out the bad way when I walked in the hallway without shoes on. The AC in our room would work some yimes and other times it wouldn’t cool the room. The water in the shower couldn’t stay at a warm temperature. It was either cold or scalding hot. The sink water wouldn’t warm. The elevator was broken during our stay and some people got stuck inside. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. The only nice thing about it was the friendly staff.

Since we checked in weve had nothing but issues. The elevator didnt work and had no air. My kids,went to go swimming which was why we picked this Hotel and theres was no water and no warning that it was empty. My shower was scaulding hot then freezing cold , we had to call to fux it then my ac flooded and my whole floor and luggage are soaking wet. This is not ok for how much i spent for 3 nights.

Carpet was disgusting and sticky, feet were black walking on it. Beds didn’t have any mattress protectors or bed skirts, and there was a large bloodstain on our mattress. Beds and mattresses were creaky, uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Shower and toilet were not working properly when we checked in.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was less that mediocre. Though the staff was very nice, the actual hotel and room were very filthy, gross, and smelled like cat urine. The carpet in my room was stained as well as the furniture. I had to use towels to put on the chair so I could sit on it. The $150 room was not worth the price. It was more like a $30 dollar motel. Not a good look for the Hilton.

This place is awful their staff is disrespectful vulgar loud extremely unprofessional discriminatory racist rude the front desk clerk Claire is awful not only did she violate our constitutional rights as human beings but she was very offensive using racial slurs and foul language refuse to do her job and then proceeded to deny me a refund and keep my money this place not only left us with nowhere to stay but ripped us off and completely and utterly caused us nothing but stress a mental and emotional turmoil financial strain and I wouldn't want anyone I know to stay here I will never ever again book anything through them they are thieves they robbed me and my husband discriminated against us and totally an utterly caused us nothing but distress in a very very crucial and and hard time in our lives and for that they should be ashamed of themselves they are disgrace they will rob you and treat you like total crap and think that they have the right to do so I would not ever give them a penny or step foot in there I wouldn't even let my dog stay there I'd rather deal with cockroaches at the motel 6 you'd have better experience really.

Every Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at has been nice, some better than others, but always pretty good. It wasn’t the nicest Hampton I’ve ever been too, but it was definitely worth a few extra dollars to stay in a place that was MUCH better than other hotels in the area.

A mix up was made on the room we had reserved, we were given a suite which was wonderful to correct that! One suggestion for the room we stayed in (135), since this is not a fully accessible room (and I didn't need that, worked good for me, balance can be troubling for me), but it is perfectly flat/wide enough for a wheelchair, perhaps a grab bar could be added next to the toilet? All in all, we had a great stay!

The staff was excellent. Priya, Ashley, and Smith were accommodating, kind, professional and provided excellent customer service. The pipe broke so no water available for 2.5 hours. However, they brought 4 plumbers in to troubleshoot and repaired it quickly. The rooms were average. It had stains on the wallpapers, dirty and old office chair that squeaked, outdated phone, broken clock that didn't have a plug, chipped tables/cabinets/bathroom vanity. This is not the typical Hampton Suite I usually stay at. It appears to be an older hotel that was converted. Breakfast was good but decaf coffee, hot water, bagels or a variety of pastries were not available. My overall stay was a little above average. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and was unable to hear the noise from the highway. I still enjoyed my 3 night stay.

Loved the staff. Very helpful.
Staff was wonderful, there was a hiccup with check-in but that was mainly hotels.com issue. Only reason not excellent is all ice makers were broken.
