A perdido mucha calidad. El personal muy malo. El aire en la habitación solo estaba en 76 estaba liquidando. Estaba en construcción muy malo me a disgustado mucho. Y perdí mucho dinero. Estaba horrible. Y costosos la comida y bebida. Estoy muy mal con ese lugar iva todos los anós y lo recomendaba mucho. Más nunca. Mal servicio. Y ustedes tampoco. Dice que estaba en construcción. No vuelvo. A hacer reservas con ustedes. Tampoco. Muy mal. No los califico tampoco todos piensan en el dinero. Grandes compañías. Nunca pierden. Es así.

No me gusto ,, que cuando rentar el hotel te dicen el precio de la estadia ,,, pero cuando llegas al lugar te piden $700 dolares de deposito y te dicen ellos que se te va regresar el depósito ,, y es mentira ya no te regresan el deposito ,me salio en $2300, y al final pague $3000 dls no me devolvieron el deposito ,deveria decirlo en la página que aclaren eso

Pésima experiencia. Las fotos son falsas. El gerente Kenner Elizalde discrimina a las mujeres y amenaza con correrte del hotel. No respondieron ante una lesión causada a mi mamá en sus instalaciones. Mandan charola de quesos en compensación y la carta es copy paste para todos los clientes ya que encontramos en nuestro cuarto una carta para los huéspedes anteriores con el mismo mensaje. Dejaron nuestro cuarto abierto sin nuestro consentimiento. NO VENGAN A ESTE HOTEL NUNCA! Expedía no tiene porque ofrecer este hotel en su lista. NO COMENTAN UN ERROR y dejen que gente como ellos echen a perder sus vacaciones. Y lo peor, te amenazan con llamar a la policía.
