Buen hotel en Midtown
Es un buen hotel ubicado en Midtown Miami cercano a restaurantes y comercio. La cama es excelente y pude dormir muy bien. En el mismo hotel está el restaurant Salvaje muy recomendable. Me quedé en la suite del mismo nombre del hotel que tiene un balcón que da a la calle.

El Hyde es una propiedad la cual su personal es un personal poco profesional, me insultaron por llamar y decir que por motivos personales ya que estoy en el hospital tendría que cancelar la reservación y me insultaron, y me desearon la muerte. Me dijeron que si quería demandar que lo hiciera. Toda mi vida he viajado y me he quedado un montones de hoteles y jamás había tenido una experiencia tan horrible.

We are very surprised with your comment. We have spoken to all of our staff as well as Expedia and there is record of calls made directly to Expedia, but none to the hotel. What you've described is nowhere near the experience we want our guests to have. We have zero tolerance for that type of behavior. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can learn more about the situation so that we may better assist you with this matter. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Pésima atención del personal, no ayudan con las maletas al llegar y hacer check in dicen que no tienen ese servicio y tú tienes que bajar maletas del coche Subir a la habitación, el personal tanto de noche como de dia pésima atención, el check out no pueden ni pedir el coche al valet y te dicen que vayas tú a pedirlo por que ellos no hacen eso, todo es una negativa. Creo que deberían de mencionar eso y quitar todo lo que dicen que tienen como servicio ya que carecen de eso y no recomiendo para nada este hotel

Eviten este hotel
Las instalaciones estaban bien. El servicio de estacionamiento es pésimo. Muy incómodo para el cliente y bloquea el tráfico en la calle. Bajar maletas y paquetes es angustioso. El personal de valet es muy reducido y generalmente indiferente, en ocasiones grosero. Todo apunta a una administración muy deficiente. No puedo recomendar este hotel a nadie.

Gracias por elegir la propiedad de nuestro hotel para la duración de su estadía. Me gustaría disculparme sinceramente porque su estadía con nosotros no cumplió con sus expectativas. En lo que respecta al valet, es una empresa de terceros que trabaja para todo el edificio. Nosotros, como hotel, hacemos todo lo posible para trabajar diligentemente con ellos. Debido a la ubicación del hotel, a veces durante el día puede ocurrir un gran volumen de tráfico, lo que afecta en gran medida las operaciones del servicio de aparcacoches. El servicio de valet se encuentra en una cuadra estrecha, por lo que durante estos momentos en los que el tráfico está en su punto máximo, puede tomar un poco más de tiempo para que el valet ayude a los huéspedes a solicitar sus autos, así como a ayudar con su equipaje. Durante estos momentos, le pedimos a nuestros huéspedes que sean pacientes, ya que serán atendidos. El alto volumen de tráfico está fuera de nuestro control. Sé que puede resultar frustrante, pero el personal de aparcacoches está comprometido a brindar un servicio excepcional.

I had my flight delayed for a few days by American Airlines and wasn’t able to use the hotel. I had a no refund reservation and ask the hotel to kindly postpone for a few days my booking but couldn’t get an answer for them.

Excelente estadia
El hotel es espectacular, el servicio y la ate con del personal superó mis expectativas! Las instalaciones apenas llevan un año, y todo está en perfecto estado. La zona es ideal para un viaje de negocios o de descanso, en pleno Midtown esta muy central para acceder a muchos lugares. Volvería sin duda!

Loved the little dog park attached to the hotel! There's also an open green space that had TONS of pet lovers in it. Must-try French bakery (literally) around the corner, nail/beauty salons, median-priced shopping (Home Goods, Bath & Body Works, etc.). Our stay was only 2 nights because we were in town for a concert (near Kaseya Center), but we loved the hotel. Parking right on-site is a game changer, too. Great makeup magnifying mirror in the bathroom was much appreciated. If I could make ONE suggestion? The toilet paper is like sandpaper. All the other toiletries/amenities were well-thought out... I think this would make the place next level lol.
