Le agradecemos nos haya avisado sobre la cortina, mantenimiento pasó en cuanto nos avisó del problema y le confirmamos la cortina se había roto al bajarla y tendríamos que reemplazarla. En cuanto a la limpieza, ofrecemos un servicio excelente y en el caso de que a nuestro equipo se les pase algo, siempre ofrecemos pasar de nuevo. En su caso, no nos avisó de que no estaba satisfecho con la limpieza. Nos hubiera encantado atenderle para verificar con usted areas de mejora. Nuestras propiedades son unidades privadas en el mismo edificio del hotel, compartimos edificio y amenities con el hotel pero al ser unidades gestionadas privadamente no disfrutan del resto de servicios del hotel. Nosotros tenemos un Site Manager en el edificio que recibe personalmente a los huéspedes siempre que es posible y está disponible durante la estancia para cualquier duda o inconveniente que pueda surgir poder solucionarlo en cuestión de minutos. Esperamos tenerte de nuevo como huésped en el futuro. See you soon!

Thank you for your review, Geri. We apologize for the unexpected inconvenience you encountered due to the absence of the remote control for the blinds during your recent stay with us. We fully understand how this situation might have caused frustration and impacted your stay. It's important to note that we were unaware of this issue until you brought it to our attention, as the previous guest did not report it. Unfortunately, the missing control from the wall hook had gone unnoticed during our team’s inspections after each guest checked out, and we believe that the previous guests could have misplaced it. Nevertheless, we took responsibility for this matter and we made every possible effort to secure a replacement remote for the blinds. Unfortunately, the earliest delivery date available was Monday the 23rd, which was after your stay. (This has been taken care of). I know that this is not the solution you required nor the one we wanted to give you, but sometimes these issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience with us and hope you enjoyed Miami and your overall stay. It was a pleasure hosting you!
