Las áreas comunes estaban muy lindas y el servicio excelente. Solo que el cuarto era muy pequeño, no tenía closet y olía muy fuerte a productos de limpieza.

Nada espectacular.
En general la atención de quienes trabajan ahí es mala, pocos tenían buena actitud. No tienes prioridad para los restaurantes a pesar que te estés quedando ahí. El fin de semana las instalaciones son completamente de gente de viene de fuera y te dan muy poca prioridad para utilizar las áreas. No regresaría.

Excelente hotel si tu viaje es por pocos días, muy buen ubicado, habitaciones con todo lo necesario, es importante saber que los espacios son reducidos por ser un edificio antiguo, súper limpio y de muy buen estilo. Caminando tienes lo que necesites.

1.El desayuno es limitado para el supuesto nivel del establecimiento 2.Una parte del personal exhibe un bajo nivel de profesionalismo, en especial del area de seguridad 3.La cocina esta abierta hacia un sector del comedor y ello origina un olor desagradable en esa parte del establecimiento 4.No recomendaria el lugar a un amigo. Existen otros hoteles que brindan mucho mejor servicio por el mismo costo

Gran opción en South Beach
En mi opinión el hotel está calificado con menos puntaje Del Real. Todo funciona perfecto, la atención es muy buena. El servicio de playa excelente. Tema a mejorar: velocidad de wifi muy lenta y se desconecta frecuentemente. Es un hotel con habitaciones chicas pero es lo habitual en la zona. El costo del valet parking y otros servicios es elevado

Super bien ubicado, la tarifa que pague estuvo bien pero hay fechas que esta super caro no pagaria mas de 200 usd la noche, un hotel de mucha fiesta las habitaciones bonitas los pasillos y alfombras un poco descuidadas, el valet parking 49 usd por dia considero es caro. Hotel para gente joven con ganas de fiesta las habitaciones puedes escuchar a los de a lado. Las amenidades de cuidado personal excelentes, servicio d limpieza super rapido. consdero es un hotel para viajes de pareja o amigos no para familias

En el check in con tarjeta te preautorizan 150 Dolares por cada noche que vas a estar, cosa que jamas me paso en otros hoteles, te preautorizan 150 o 200 y en todo caso sigue preautorizando si haces cargos, bueno aca no. Y como no tenia tarjeta, por mis 5 noches debí dejarles en efectivo 1500 dolares!!!! Que lo hicieron como excepcion porque no querian hacerme el check in sin tarjeta y me decian que me retire. La 4ta noche recorde que tenia una Visa, me devolvieron los 1500 dol, me debitaron 300, hice cargo por 55 y aun estoy epserando que me devuelvan lo no gastado a la cuenta. Obviamente a este hotel no vuelvo NUNCA MAS

In regards to feedback, we did make an exception during your check-in by taking a cash deposit for your incidentals which was returned to you. It is standard to utilize a credit card for the hold in which you did not have at the time. This is a standard procedure that most hotels practice.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas un poco oscuro el hotel, si lo recomiendo por que la ubicación es inigualable y mas que nada lo recomiendo para los jóvenes, no es familiar.
