Todo lo que iva ser unos dias inolvidable se convirtió en una pesadilla. Primero, las fotos que muestran no corresponden con la realidad, sucia, sabanas manchadas, hasta en ascensor estaba sucio.Por la mañana presentamos nuestras quejas y una chica rubia nos atendió fatal y nos dijo qué me le queje a Expedia que yo le pague Expedia, no hicieron ningun esfuerzo ni siquiera de cambiarnos de habitación. Le digimos que incluia el desayuno y nos dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver con el restaurante, que por cierto , esta lleno de sus fotos en la web .tomamos la decisió de marcharnos de alli.ademas nos robaron.Ahora nuestro calvario es que me devuelvan mi dinero, vamos a luchar hasta el final poque no hay derecho de hacernos esto y todo porqué nos ponen una trampa a la hora de pagar nuestra estancia. Es que acaso fuimos alli para querer ser estafadas?.les tengo que regalar mi dinero y pagarles por un servicio que no me dieron? No es justo. Nos arruinaron nuestras vacaciones.

Muy malo al inicio del checking se especificó que no se quería housekeeping y ellos insistentes tocaban y en una entraron . Cuando salimos a dar un paseo hicieron housekeeping y de perdió 800$ en cash

We are currently undergoing an investigation with the housekeeping department to see exactly what happened. Please we urge you as soon as you can to contact the local Police department about this so they can launch their own investigation as well so we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

The only negative about this hotel was that the bar in the courtyard below our room was very loud literally ALL night. I mean thumping bass loud music and drunken yelling. Someone even banged on our door yelling at some point in the night. When we left for the airport at 5 a.m. there were still a couple people in the bar and a girl passed out on a couch in the lobby. The room was extremely small and the hotel will add additional charges to your bill one your gone. Pay close attention. Terrible service.
