When it came down to cancellation I was still going to be charged despite not staying as planned. I was giving a ridiculous excuse why I was going to be charged. Floors were sticky, no blinds to keep the light out. No compromise to resolve my situation. Overall I will no longer book hotel stays again

Room didn’t get cleaned during 1st and 2nd night. First day I got there I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. I was given keys to the second room and they didn’t work. Very noisy.

At the time of my visit, the property was undergoing a major remodel and as a result the interior of the property was quite dirty and had a wretched smell. I had to put a towel under my door and open the room window to air the room out, just so I could sleep that night. I’m sure it will be better once the remodel is completed, but they should have just shut the whole place down to get the work done and reopened when finished.

Undisclosed construction beginning at 7:30. No complimentary breakfast. Paper thin walls didn’t block neighbors noise. Oversized pillows like sleeping on a sandbag. Overpriced by a bunch.

I would not recommend this hotel - carpets are filthy and although the rest seems clean there is a musty smell (probably from carpets). There is only a grab and go breakfast but NO fresh coffee - I was at the counter looking for a fresh coffee and 2 ladies were there and totally discussed also!

This hotel is in pretty bad shape with paint coming off of everything and random electrical wires hanging down from the ceiling. Staff is very rude and there are no door stoppers in your room, or anything. I felt very unsafe just because there are no security measures at all.

The room next to me was watching TV and had to hav had the volume set to max. At first I figured they were just watching tv before bed and I fell asleep. Well it was still going at 3 am and continued all morning. I called the front and they declined to try and remediate the issue. So I got no real sleep.

Floors, mirrors, overall room was dusty and dirty. Had a torn bedsheet. Bodywash dispensor empty. Double stuffed pillows. Continental breakfast was a joke. 3 small bowls front checkin counter that nobody touches. Fruit was old bannanas were brown. Staff was freindly but entire property was horrible.

Liked? The bed was comfortable. Disliked? Lights off; ice machine off; ice provided by front desk old and clunked together; only Fox News; hallway carpet disgustingly dirty and no baseboard; window in room ajar on first floor gave safety concerns; pathetic coffee maker in room with no alternative. All that for $149 a night plus taxes.

It was a nice room. I had dropped my wedding ring on the floor didn't realize it. Until I was 2hrs away.so thankful Ron went to the room found it right away and held it for me until we went back through

It needs an upgrade. Towels felt rough as been laundered so many times. Doors slam shut all night. Ice machine near my room was really noisy as it was hot outside. The lounge chair arms were filthy so I wouldn’t use it
