Querido Omar,Grasias por seleccionar Avid, and tomarse el tiempo de suministre realimentacion de su experiencia. Quisiera pedir disculpas al no satisfacer sus expectativas. Es correcto que se requiere un deposito de 25.00 dolares, y se le avisa al registrarse en el hotel. Ademas, igual a otros hoteles requieren un deposito. Esperemod verlo pronto. Tenga un bonito dia.

I liked how patient Cecilia (the front desk) receptionist was with the trouble I was having with my reservation and checkout. What I did not like, is how Michelle (the manager) made smart comments, being loud and exemplified that she totally lacked the understanding and knowledge of what happened, and what exactly needed to be done. Spending over almost $3,000 here within the last 2 months, makes me really upset to be treated in such a manner. I’m extremely disappointed.

The way I was treated by the Manager. Me and my children have been coming here off and on for about (2) and I can admit, this was the 2nd time I was treated terribly. Michelle showed that she lacked knowledge of her duties and empathy for her guest. Me, specifically. She tried mocking, being sassy and also made a remark that made me feel uncomfortable.

The staff, both receptionists and housekeepers are always welcoming and polite. Anything that I needed help with or had questions about, the entire receptionist team, managers included were genuinely and exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and very supportive. Check in was a breeze! Check in area was clean and very well lit. Room was clean and the TV was on and had a welcome message with my name. Beds were comfy and I loved the soft pillow! Wish I could buy one haha

Front desk was horrible. Our room smelt like sewer and instead of addressing issue she called us names. Rude customer service and I can’t rely on management only karma. What a joke.
