We alerted staff to a plumbing issue that created banging noise beginning at 2:00 am til 7:00 am. No sleep. Hotel staff said that they couldn't reduce price of stay because it was booked through Expedia. Hoping Expedia can help us, as there was zero sleep and we told hotel staff nobody should use the room we were in until plumbing issue is resolved. I can provide a couple videos of the banging noise. Thank you.

Overall terrible, never coming back to this place. We didn’t get any sleep, there was a party next door over 20 people in that room. Very loud and lots of screaming till 4am, there was people going in and out, slamming doors and just a terrible experience. Front desk person didn’t do anything to prevent, I want refund!

Floor and room was dirty. Overbooked and had to take a different room with one bed instead of 2 beds. Room smelled like cigarettes.

THank you for your feed back. It is my understanding that the staff upgraded you to our delux suite free of charge due to the overbooking. All our rooms are suites, meaning they have at least 1 bed and a pull-out sofa. We are a 100% smoke free property and apologize others do not follow the rules, creating a poor experience for you. We do our best to mitigate these as well.

The hotel was overbooked and would not honor my reservation. They did not call or email me they would not have a room for me. I did not find out until I tried to check in at 10pm. Scrambled to find another hotel. Customer service at hotel and through Expedia is very poor.

My apologies that we didn't meet your expectations. This is not the normal experience for our guests, I hope we were given the opportunity to make it right. If you prepaid through Expedia, when you booked and paid that was your receipt. Our receipt will be blank.

This was not my first stay but this time my room felt rumpled, like someone had been in there on the beds (I felt slightly confused upon entering the room). There was no blow dryer and I did not receive one upon first request, only second request. The people that hung around the parking lot made me uncomfortable with loud music and the smell of marijuana.

Hotel was clean for the most part. Found a couple of goldfish crackers in the hall that were there for nearly the whole trip. Other than that, the stay was uneventful.

The front desk/ breakfast/ hospitality associates were friendly and seemed annoyed with the permanent guests of the hotel. Continental breakfast was hit or miss both days due to permanent residents stock piling food and returning to their rooms, or just plain stuffing their pockets in the breakfast room. Extremely disheartening behavior for a benefit to our stay and theirs. Kitchen staff can only do so much to belligerent tenants.
