No hay ninguna seguridad que mientras pagas para alojarte consigas parking en las áreas porque ahora los parking de ellos lo pueden utilizar cualquiera pagando más económico y así generan y llevar al aeropuerto

While we understand the convenience of cheaper parking options outside the hotel, allowing non-guests would unfortunately compromise the guaranteed parking availability for our paying guests.We recognize that finding available parking during peak hours can be frustrating, and we're constantly working on improving our system to maximize efficiency. We recommend booking your parking spot in advance, especially during busy periods, to guarantee availability upon arrival. We also encourage considering alternative arrangements for non-staying vehicles, such as utilizing public transportation or carpooling.We regret any inconvenience you encountered with parking during your recent stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the miscommunication regarding our shuttle service hours.As you mentioned, our shuttle service is available from 4am until noon to and from the airport, and from 3pm to 11pm we do not pick up at the airport, however, we do pick up from the train station near the hotel that leaves the airport. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you during your stay.We understand that it can be frustrating to not have access to the shuttle service when you need it most, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. We will make sure to review our communication processes with our staff to ensure that all guests are fully informed of our shuttle service hours.Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

I like it’s location very close to Mall of America and the airport. Very clean and room is spacious. But you have to pay a parking.

Was a great place to stay . Only thing I didn’t like was our last night there we had a bill due for parking , I took it to the front desk and they said we will take care of it. Awesome breakfast though

We are disappointed with this property. Cleanliness and bad smell is an issue, we had to change the check in room. We found quite a few bed bugs.

My daughter woke up with what appeared to be a tic on her back after complaining of itching. Her mom looked at her back before scratching and noticed what looked like a tic. After making my kids shower we discovered another one in the bathroom. Upon checking out we informed the staff and they told us they would contact room service to look into it and have it cleaned. I didn’t expect anything for the experience but the lack of what seemed to be caring bothered me. Just a “we’ll look into it” didn’t sit well with me. Other than that the property was properly maintained and close to everything.

Front desk in plain clothes, unprofessional. “Fitness centre” was too hot, 71F, asked 3 employees to adjust the temperature. No water in the rooms. Patrons were very loud, all night. Location is good, but I would not go back here & would choose another hotel in the area. Also had to pay for parking, $10/day.

A very courteous and helpful staff. We flew in from Vancouver, BC and checked in past midnight. The staff was super friendly and the room was great. Very spacious and clean. Fantastic breakfast in the morning !
