We have family that would like to join us for next year and may like to book additional cabins for our next get away. * there were ants coming in around the sliding doors from the deck. I small spray of insecticide would solve it. Thank you so much for allowing pets. They are our family too!”

“Wanted a quick get away for New Year’s Eve. Originally tried to rent the lower unit however it wasn’t available due to renovation. The property owner quickly reached out and acknowledged the mistake and offered us one of the upstairs units instead. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to have a great evening . Would definitely rent again in the future.”

“Lovely space! Everything I needed was there! Kitchen was great. White noise machine in bedroom. Comfy bed, nice towels, and suprisingly quiet even though it is on a busy street. I can easily recommend this townhouse.”

“We absolutely loved the property and all the small touches from the mini water bottles to the tide pods. It was very clean and well thought out. The only thing you may want to check is the shower water was a little cold it didn't get very warm but the sink water was hot. Overall we would definitely come back.”

“The property was as pictured. Very clean with some nice extra touches (chocolates). Plenty of towels. Great location to Mizzou campus and Broadway restaurants and bars. It was quiet even there was lots of activity on the street. Enjoyed opening the patio door and taking in the action below.”

“The apartment was very well represented. It was clean and well stocked with the necessities. It is in an old building, so uneven hardwood floors are to be expected. Host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Street parking was right in front of the building. My two concerns include the low income neighborhood and the strong smell in the entryway of the building. My guess is weed. That smell, unbelievably, did not permeate the apartment. It smelled wonderful.”
