This property is stunning and so well designed. It’s quaint and classy. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the common area is well set up. I had the junior suite with a private pool and it was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside is that it’s on a long dirt road off the main road and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it (single female). I think if I was with another person I wouldn’t have felt that way. However you can order a tuktuk no problem and they will take you almost anywhere for 300 shn. Also the one morning when I was meeting a driver for some diving the security guard walked me along the road and was very nice about it. I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it.

The property was located in a very quiet area. It was small and very peaceful. The staff was excellant in assisting with locating transportation to get to other areas like beach, shopping and dining. Overall had a good experience.

Simply the best.
A perfectly delightful spot with NOTHING to criticise. Charming place, delightful Italian owner Antonio, lovely pool for proper swimming. Excellent staff - we would single out Karole for being helpful, friendly, funny and generally wonderful. Frank was also great. Ok it’s not right ON the beach but it’s not far and they will provide a tuktuk to take you there if you want. We didn’t because we’d already been there and we just wanted to relax around the pool. Nothing to fault and it would be my first choice for the place to stay if we went to this part of Kenya again.

Great staff make it a great stay
First impressions were not great as it looked grubby but once you see the whole picture you can see it is the aged look they are after. It is a very nice, safe and quiet location. They can arrange tuk-tuks or cars to take you anywhere. The room was spacious and cleaned well on a daily basis. A nice breakfast was on offer. Ann on reception was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. All other staff were excellent and so friendly. Some of the rooms have a private splash pool. Lovely main pool as well. Recommended

Lovely property and very relaxing stay. With the peace of being a 2 minute walk away from the busy Main Street of Diani beach, this property is both very convenient for explorers and the loungers. The property is super clean and the room service is very prompt. Karol, frank, Vicky, Ann & Erick were all very accommodating and did everything they can to make our stay comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh so even if you aren’t staying there call for reservations- one of the best throughout the strip. Only thing I will say is, I hope the owner upkeeps the rooms just not the aesthetic of the overall property. There can be a little tweaks made for the upkeep and sustainability of the individual rooms but other than that amazing.

The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel was a wonderful little getaway in Diani. Just a 10 minute walk to Carrefour/Java, with many shops/restaurants in walking distance. If you opt for breakfast included, you get a well-balanced 3-course meal (fruits, savory, and sweets). Dinner was amazing, we had the garlic-lemon seafood platter and loved it. It was a healthy portion that left us both super full. Staff were really attentive and accommodating to our last minute requests for laundry service. They also helped us sort out some transportation when needed. The room was kept very clean, with good AC and good water pressure. Especially loved the hotel's use of eco-friendly soaps and solar powered water heaters. Garden and pool area nice and quiet, perfect for reading. Only complaint we had was that the bed was a bit creaky. Definitely felt like it might give in under our weight at times. There were also a few ants around, mostly black ants that don't bite. This, however, was understandable as we were on the ground floor. Overall, great place that we would definitely come back to.

A hidden Gem! I wonderful place within Diani Beach. The property, ambiance, atmosphere are outstanding for its location. A beautiful and peaceful place. Attention to detail throughout! The staff "Top of the Line and extremely friendly" insuring everything is to your liking- every staff member from security at point of entry on! The breakfasts were wonderful. Served and presented professionally, providing a wonderful start to each day! We returned for a unexpected second stay we loved it so much. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner: Antonio. What a wonderful man. He is well loved by the staff and cares greatly about the property and your stay! This place is a must stay in my opinion. It does not have direct beach access, but the hotel assists you in transportation to the beach daily if needed. Thank you! I hope to be back soon!

The Zen Garden of hotels in Kenya
We stayed only one night on our way back to Nairobi but the tranquil garden setting, our room, the facilities and friendly service were second to none during our two week Kenyan coast trip. Lovely hotel pool, but the private pool that came with the suite was what made it for us. Close to restaurants and the beach also. This will be the only place we’ll ever stay in Diani going forward.

I love the layout of the hotel and the pool
Our room was basically just next to the pool and we literally just walked out of our room and jumped into the pool within 5 steps. It's just like a private to me (when there is no other guests around). The pool is super nice! deep and long, go for swimming and kids playing. Bring floaties!!! The host are staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged all our transportation, meals and everything. We had breakfasts and lunch at the hotel restaurant! It was good! nothing to complain about. The hotel is basically close to everything, all other nice restaurants, beach etc. Short drive to everywhere from the hotel. My stay in The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel was perfect, except for one little incident where the air conditioning just switched off itself in the middle of the night. But I think it switched back on after 30 mins. Maybe power issue.

The place and location are very nice but the misunderstandings and bit of disorganization of the staff made us loose almost 3 hours of time the day of departure and an extra charge of 70 usd for a trip we weren’t able to do. It’s unfortunate the owner chose to charge us instead of apologizing for the missed trip. We wish the hotel grows a more professional attitude and avoids unpleasant and costly surprises to its clients.

Dear Madam. Was a pleasure to host you in our The Villa Luxury Suites hotel. Every day we do collect the information from the client , concerning their stay, and if they would like to do any activities/daily tour of which they are being organized on the desk at extra charge. During your departure day, first you wanted to go in a local boat tour that we organized, then you decided to go to Chale island where we explained to you that was far(30 minute by car in a rough road) and that it cost usd50 per person as a package to get in Chale island including lunch and the amount is payable to Chale. We also advised you that hotel private transfer to Chale island cost usd70 round trip. Our hotel driver, drove you to Chale mainland, where a boat was coming to pick you, but you didn't want to wait(only 10 minutes), then you decided to cancel the last minute reservation to Chale (creating problem with them because of that, but we solved because we call manager of that resort), asking to drive you back in Diani. On the way back you asked our driver to organize at the last moment a local boat tour that we manage to do it, despite little time remaining before your leaving. After that, you went to Nomad to have lunch and you sent a different driver (your own driver) to come and pick your luggage from the hotel (that we don't allow for security reason) yet you had not cleared the transfer fee. Also director called you trying to explain the situation but you put down the call. After you came back from Nomad to clear, you didn't allowed director talk with you and you said:" if I pay, I will write a bad review and if I don't pay , then I will give a good review''. This is not a way to threat people that are working for you. A good review doesn't cost money, but a good experience in your entire stay, and a bad review can not be overcome by money. Thank you.

This hotel was sooo stunning! The decor and layout was unreal, and the pool area was a dream to bathe and soak in! Safe to say, the pictures don’t do it justice at all! Breakfast was great and very satisfying (the pancakes were delicious). All other meals were about average for Diani, satisfactory but not delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, we absolutely loved staying there and would highly recommend!

Great vacation spot in Diani
Spent my second vacation in a year here and am as happy as always! The service is great, the rooms are wonderful, staff us super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel not being located on the beach but a short tuktuk ride and you're there in no time.

Top end accommodation for Diani Beach. Stylish with character. Great staff and owner. All very nice, helpful and hospitable. Tasty Breakfast. Nice pool. Only wish is that it was on beachfront but walk or Tuk-tuk is easy. Would be glad to stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the food is delicious. It has a beautiful pool, and is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. It's also walking distance to the Java House coffee shop and to restaurants like the African Pot.

Hotel meraviglioso, un vero e proprio gioiellino nella bellissima spiaggia di diani. Personale squisito e disponibile, camere ed aree relax confortevoli e pulitissime, un proprietario veramente eccezionale che fa di tutto per rendervi il soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso! REMARKABLE!!! Located in a quiet area near Diani beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, exquisitely decorated and very comfortable. It's staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you make you feel at home. They are friendly and pleasent. The food in the restaurant is above standards that you do not want to leave the hotel. Meeting Antonio, the owner was the best part of my experience. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are treated with the outmost luxury. I will return! Keep doing what you are doing Antonio because you are surely doing an outstanding job! Thank you for welcoming me!
