I didn't like the flimsy pillows.the toilet was a problem.it either didn't fill up when flushed it was clogged.We had to walk far to another wing to use washroom.i personally had to flag down a cleaning staff to borrow a plunger.I went to front desk about my concern.The staff took to long to come.i only stayed one night.this toilet problem would have been a big deal breaker if we had stayed longer and had to deal with a toilet not functioning properly.

La convivialité des gens qui travaillent là. Très bon service à l'accueil, à la cafétéria, excellent. Déjeuners très généreux et bons. les femmes qui travaillent à la cafétéria sont joyeuses et vraiment très acadiennes; bel accent! La propreté est irréprochable. Bravo. Nous y retournerons, c'est sûr.

The staff was amazing and very nice and helpful. The beds were dorm beds but everything was extremely clean. A great product for the price.

Pas d’air climatisé dams la chambre il faisait 30 degré. Déjeuners excellents. Vol d’un de nos vélo. Barré bien vos biens.

staff was helpfull. best stay quality vs price. the rooms were clean and washroom too. Still very close to downtown if you have a car. good breakfast. It's fun too have our little space: fridge, tv, etc. I would recomment it too aanybody. We were only three, so we had way more beds than we needed. But, that is a very good problem.

Beds not prepared. Not enough clean towels .
Don't want to stay at all , but can not find any place else . Never ever again to book that place. Not recommended to anybody.

Would never go back.
There where kids being noisy across the hall from us and when my 2 year old got sick a lover the bed and I asked for clean sheets they had no clue as to what I was talking about. We found roaches in our room.

We would really appreciate if you can contact us privately with your room number so we can ask our specialist for an inspection of the room so they can confirm the type of bug that you saw and take the appropriate steps. We take your comment very seriously and we definitely will address it.

Cheap but that’s about it.
Double Dorm room that did not have a fridge and did not have a common area where there was accesss one either. No air conditioning and if it’s hot, these room are unbearable. Breakfast included, but very little hot variety and food not great. Ended up not even bothering to use the free breakfast after day 2. Staff very unknowledgable about a lot of amenities in the area. Language a large barrrier.

Hi, we are sorry that your stay didn't met your expectation. We are sorry for the air conditioning and the refrigerator but it was not mentionned in the amenities for the room. We'll address the food with the person in charge of food services.

Adéquat et confortable, mais un peu chaud la nuit pendant la canicule malgré un ventilateur. Le téléphone dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas malgré que j'en ai fait la demande au responsable à l'accueil. Temps d'enregistrement long à l'accueil. Le wifi ne fonctionnait qu'avec la tablette et certains types de cellulaire. Je n'ai jamais été en mesure de me connecter avec mon iPhone 4s. Copieux déjeuner inclu avec 2breuvages au choix.

Very convenient location. The dorm has all the basic amenities including fridge and microwave. Breakfast is filling. I would definitely book it again when I come back.

The stay was exactly as expected. It was practical to stay at the University overnight on our way to Halifax. The front office couldn't find our reservation and then proceeded to give my daughter and I a one-bed room. After returning to the desk, the gentleman finally gave us a suite with 2 rooms. the whole exchange was polite. We ended up on a floor with a bunch of pre-teens. Despite the adult supervision, we got a bang on our door at &:00 am to get up! Breakfast which was included is a lunchbox consisting of a muffin, juice, yogurt and cheese. Not bad. As mentioned, it was as expected.

This place was so convenient as it was a 2 minute walk to the venue (university bar) there was 3 of us so we took the “family style suite” for $120/night it was a good deal. Rooms were clean, beds are just singles though.. this had bit of a kitchenette and a fridge . There were 3 rooms and I think it could House up to 4. Will use this location again.

I didn't get to stay. I did not read the fine print for this stay. My flight was delayed getting into Moncton. And when I arrived to the University it was after the time office closed. I didn't realize I was pushing the buzzer/code for security. Could bear the phone ringing. Tried calling the phone provided. No answer. After 25 minutes someone turned the lights out on us. Clearly they knew we were there. I was left with no where to stay at 01:00am.

We are really sorry about the misunderstanding. The office close at 11 o'clock at night. Again sorry that you had to find another accommodation in the middle of the night

Difficult to find
The address can not be recognized in GPS and it is difficult to find. The room window can not be open and we can not get fresh air in. Internet is also slow.

Hot, hot, hot!
Clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast but no A/C. Rooms closed up and very hot. Even with 2 fans it was hard to sleep.
