“Arrived late and they told me parking is not included and i have to go park somewhere and pay for it even though when i book it was saying free parking. Then i asked for a quite room but they only have one room by the stairs and the entrance to the hotel where people go out and smoke every 5 minutes and the windows to the street also the door noise buzzing people in and out.
