La atención del personal es excelente! Desde el chicos que te reciben en la puerta, concierge, front desk y personal del restaurante. Todos te ayudan, te dan recomendaciones, te consiguen todo lo que necesitas. El mejor indudablemente es Raphael el Chico de la puerta!! Es el más atento y amable.

Excelente servicio, ubicación y restaurante. Lo mejor del hotel es su staff tan amable, el mejor es Raphael (door man). El concierge nos consiguió una reservación de último momento para cena de Navidad. El personal del restaurante y bar espectacular! Durante la época navideña le dieron renos de peluche a mi hija. 200% recomendable.

No lo recomiendo. Hay mejores por iguales precios!
Terrible el servicio, te cobran diariamente te hacen descuentos de la tarjeta para ver si tienes plata o no. Se supone que uno paga al check out y ellos no lo hacen así. Cada vez que consumes te descuentan de tu tarjeta de crédito inmediatamente sin avisar.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel ofrece una muy buena calidad y servicio, está bien ubicado, cerca de varias de las calles principales con comercios, aún que para llegar a Notre Dam y toda esa área caminando si está algo retirado, la gente de Recepción y Concierge excelentes y muy amables

Overall a great experience, with incredible staff. Unfortunately, they are remodeling their dining/restaurant so the experience was not there. Also in the morning there’s a lot of construction work/noises happening which is far from relaxing
